This paper takes He Shuyong,an outstanding male weightlifter in china,to prepare for the 11 th,12th and 13 th all-cloud games as the research object.This paper makes a case analysis of his pre-competition training arrangement in order to interpret,analyze and summarize the precompetition training status of the 3rd national games,to provide the basis for reflecting his training theory and practice,and to provide effective experience and real and effective body condition information for the men's weightlifting team in Shandong province to prepare for the follow-up competition.This paper adopts the methods of literature,case analysis,field observation,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics and so on.The pre-competition training status,i.e.training period,training content,recovery means,training load and physiological and biochemical indexes of the 11 th,12th and 13 th National Games weightlifting competition of the outstanding male weightlifters in China were studied and analyzed.The aim is to provide practical experience and a certain range of reference for the excellent weightlifters to grasp the training rhythm reasonably,control the sports load and improve the sports performance during the preparation period.Through the research of this paper,He Shuyong's pre-competition training state is summarized The following conclusions were drawn:1.He Shuyong's three pre-competition training is four weeks,and the content and structure of the three pre-competition state training are basically the same,the three national games precompetition training arrangements are mainly in the special technology of grasping,holding up the complete competition items,showing the characteristics of the combination of training and competition,while the auxiliary training is mainly to improve the whole body explosive force and lower limb strength of the wide pull and squat training content.With the increase of age and the development of body function,the pre-competition training plan of the 13 th National Games should be based on consolidation training to maintain good body function.2.He Shuyong participated in the pre-competition state training of the three national weightlifting games includes the competition movement training,the special auxiliary training and the general auxiliary training.During the 11 th and 12 th pre-competition training programs,rehabilitation physiotherapy was available in the morning,while during the 13 th national games,the morning was rest.Compared with the previous two national games,the 13 th national games,he shuyong's age also increased.He belongs to the senior athletes.The pre-competition state rehabilitation training is also the reason that affects the 13 th national games competition and achievement.3.He Shuyong's pre-competition training methods mainly include complete training method,repeated training method,competition training method and intermittent training method.The precompetition training intensity is the first week(large),the second week(small),the third week(medium)and the fourth week(small).During the pre-competition training of the three National Games,the load intensity was basically kept in the range of 70% to 100%,and there was a trend of increasing the load intensity before the competition,but the intensity changed The span is large,the training pole is easy to appear,and the intensity rhythm should be adjusted.4.Maximum oxygen intake(VO2max),hemoglobin(HB)and biochemical changes of creatine kinase(CK),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),blood testosterone(T)and blood cortisol(C)all showed high level of competitive function in pre-competition training.In the process of maintaining competitive ability,excellent athletes should adjust their training plan in time according to the natural changes of individual function,as well as the requirements of environment and task,so as to promote them to reach the best competitive state.5.In the pre-competition state rehabilitation arrangements,he Shuyong mainly used rehabilitation treatment,active rest and nutrient supplement as effective recovery and adjustment measures,with the increase of physiological age,the scientific nature of rehabilitation training highlights.Suggestions: The pre-competition training arrangement should be about 4 weeks,should be scientific and reasonable in view of the individual characteristics of athletes,competitive level and physical changes,comprehensive and serious study of the competition countermeasures and competition plans,for the pre-competition adequate preparation.In view of the weak links in the athletes' technology,we should increase the corresponding special exercises and auxiliary exercises,consolidate the stability of the technology,and improve the self-confidence and success rate of the athletes in the competition.The scientific nature of rehabilitation training is particularly important in the process of maintaining the competitive skills of outstanding athletes.Post-injury training and post-healing training should adopt a cautious attitude,pay attention to the changes of the body due to injury,and pay attention to increasing training step by step Practice load to prevent shutdown deformation or muscle stiffness in the injured part,avoid possible technical action deformation,prevent the occurrence of secondary injury,in order to maintain the continuity and systematic training,and achieve the purpose of successful entry.
