As a kind of advanced cognitive ability,executive function has an important influence on people's physical and mental health and is closely related to their future development.Sports promote the executive function of people has been confirmed for many times,domestic and foreign scholars on primary school students,teenagers,college students,the elderly have a lot of research.But on the executive function of preschool children is still relatively few,it is in a preliminary stage.Studies have shown that children enter a rapid stage of executive function development between the ages of four and six.Karate is expected to enter the Tokyo Olympics in 2020 as a new sport,so it is more popular in China.Based on the above,this study will attempt to use karate exercise to explore the difference in the influence of 6 weeks of moderate intensity karate training on the executive function of 5-6 year old preschool children,so as to provide theoretical and practical references for further improving the research field of sports and executive function development.In this study,32 preschoolers,including 15 boys and 17 girls,were selected from a summer vacation class in chihongtan street,chengyang district,Qingdao city.In the experiment,32 students were randomly divided into 2 groups,including 16 in the karate training group and 16 in the regular physical education teaching group.All of the 16 students in the karate training group received karate training intervention every week,while the control group received regular physical education activities at the same time.The training activity lasted for 6 weeks,3 times a week,each time for 40 minutes.The exercise intensity was in the state of moderate intensity(reflected by the heart rate).Day-night Stroop experiment,1-back task and standard card sorting task were used.Repeated measures anova was used to conduct SPSS statistical analysis of the collected data,and the research conclusions were as follows:First,for the preschool children in the experimental group,inhibition function(response time),refresh function(response time and accuracy)and conversion function(accuracy)were significantly improved after 6 weeks of karate training.Second,for the control group of preschool children,after 6 weeks of regular physical education,the test results of inhibition function,refresh function and transformation function of 16 subjects were not significantly improved.According to the above results,the following conclusions can be drawn:First,six weeks of karate training,preschool children's executive function has been significantly improved;Second,karate training on preschool children's executive functionincrease trend than conventional physical education teaching,this is because in karate training,the project technology,action compared to the conventional physical education teaching,more needs the participation of preschool children's executive function,so it is easier to play a promoting effect on the development of executive function. |
