Research purpose:Physical fitness is the foundation of success in football.Functional training,as a new training method,has been applied in some competitive sports in China,such as table tennis,basketball,volleyball,etc.,while there are few studies on functional training in football.According to the technical characteristics of soccer goalkeepers,this paper applies the relevant movements of functional training to soccer training,explores the influence of functional training on the mobility of teenage soccer goalkeepers,so as to provide a solid theoretical foundation for improving the mobility of teenage soccer goalkeepers.Research methods:This article USES the literature material method,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,selection of pu yang city campus football characteristic school in 20 teenagers football goalkeeper as experimental object,according to body shape index,20 goalkeeper can be divided into control group and experimental group,the experimental group USES the functional training,the control group with traditional training,training for 8 weeks,before and after the experiment tested mobile ability index(Illinois,Nebraska testing T test and feet quadrant jump test),and the related data for statistical analysis.Research results:1.After the experiment in the two groups of differences in Illinois test index test p value is 0.414(p?0.05)or higher,in Nebraska test on the p value is 0.003(p?0.01)or less,T test,p value is 0.000(p?0.01)or less,as well as in quadrant feet jump test on the p value is 0.018(p?0.05)or less,indicated after the experiment in the two groups in Nebraska,T jump quadrant and two on the three indicators have been showed statistically significant difference.2.The experimental group before and after the experiment measured by paired sample T test p values results in Illinois test index of 0.000(p?0.01)or less,in Nebraska test index of 0.000 p values results(p?0.01)or less,p values results in T test index of0.002(p?0.01)or less,on the feet quadrant jump test results of the p value is 0.001(p?0.01)or less,show that the experimental group before and after the experiment on the four indicators have significant differences,showed a statistical significance.3.The control group before and after the experiment measured by paired sample T test p values results in Illinois test index of 0.013(p?0.05)or less,in Nebraska on test results of the p value is 0.002(p?0.01)or less,on the T test results of the p value is0.049(p?0.05)or less,in quadrant feet jump on the test results of the p value is 0.010(p?0.01)or less,show that in the control group on from these four indicators before and after the experiment also showed a significant,among them,Nebraska and feet quadrant jump this 2 indicators show very significant difference.Research conclusion:1.The effect of functional training in three indicators--Nebraska,T-word and quadrant jump of both feet in the experimental group was better than that of traditional training in the control group.It shows that functional training can effectively improve the goalkeeper's ability to dodge and change direction,move to the left and right sides,and flexibly control his ability to change position.2.According to the training of the experimental group and the control group and the relevant results before and after the experiment,the independent variable selected in the experiment,namely the training method,is appropriate,and the method can effectively enhance the mobility of youth football players;The relevant test indexes(dependent variables)selected for the training method are also reasonable and effective,and it can be concluded that functional training has a good effect on mobility.3.Functional training in the experimental group and traditional training in the control group are both helpful to improve the mobility of teenage goalkeepers.However,the effect of the experimental group on mobility is better than that of the control group.
