development of modern football,technology is no longer the only standard to measure the level of a team,and good physical level also lays the foundation for winning the game.Good physical fitness plays an important role in the study of youth football technology and the later development.The physical quality of youth has been rapidly improved.In view of the law of youth physical development,sensitive quality should be the key to physical training at this stage.Therefore,scientific training methods can provide beneficial help for the development of youth football players ’ physical fitness.As a new concept of physical training,functional training is being used for reference by mass fitness and competitive sports.Its emphasis on multi-dimensional and unstable combination of practice methods can better promote the performance of athletes in competitive sports,and can effectively reduce sports injuries and prolong sports life.Starting from the technical characteristics of football,this paper combines the physical development law of young people,integrates the related actions of functional training into daily physical training,and investigates the degree of interest of young people in training to explore the influence of functional training on the sensitive quality of young football players,so as to provide certain theoretical basis and practical experience for the sensitive quality training of young football players.This article through the literature material law,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis method and so on.58 players aged 9-13 from Zhibo Football Club in Longnan City and Dongjin Football Club in Chengxian County in Longnan City were selected as experimental subjects.The subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 29 people in each group(20 boys and 9 girls).After pre-experiment investigation and testing,there was no significant difference in age,basic physical quality and test indicators between the two groups.The two groups were intervened for 8 weeks,and the indexes of pre-experiment,mid-experiment and post-experiment were tested,and statistical analysis was carried out to test the effect of functional training on sensitive quality of adolescents.The following conclusions were reached:1.Functional training and traditional training methods have a certain role in promoting the sensitive quality of young football players in the case of short practice time and limited load intensity,but functional training has more advantages in the sensitive quality of the ball.2.Functional training is better than traditional training in the improvement of action sensitivity and response sensitivity after the gradual increase of load intensity,but functional training and traditional training have the same role in promoting mobility sensitivity.3.After the experimental intervention,the scores of each index of the two groups have been improved in varying degrees,and the difference between the pre-test,mid-test and post-test scores of the experimental group is better than that of the control group,indicating that functional training has a better role in promoting the rapid movement and orientation of young football players,footstep conversion,body center of gravity control,reaction time and football control ability.4.Functional training program design,in line with the principles of sports training and physical and mental development of young people,is conducive to young football players to build the correct mode of action,optimize sports performance,reduce sports injury,can improve the sensitive quality of young people.5.The survey of sports situational interest shows that young football players maintain high interest and enthusiasm in training.Novel functional training movements can cultivate young football players ’ spirit of daring to challenge and explore,and play a positive role in the effect of sensitive quality training.Make the following recommendations:1.Functional training plays a better role in promoting the ball sensitivity of young football players,so more dynamic ball sensitivity exercises should be added in football to promote the rapid mastery of football technology.2.Functional training for adolescents should follow the law of physical and mental development of adolescents,ensure the experimental intervention time of 8-12 weeks,and adopt the principle of gradual and appropriate load to improve the sensitive quality of adolescents.3.During the experiment,it is found that some combined functional exercises are difficult for young football players,and there are uncoordinated and compensatory movements.Therefore,in the early stage of functional training,the main purpose of training should be to establish a correct mode of action.4.Coaches should attach great importance to the body posture and movement construction of young football players in training,and guide them in theory and practice,so that young people can develop good body posture and movement habits from childhood.5.The functional training method has certain positive significance to improve the sensitive quality of young football players,but the traditional training also plays an important role in improving the sensitive quality of strength and mobility. |
