Research purposes:In this study,30 young male soccer players were trained through functional training for 16 weeks.The selected indicators were tested before and after the training intervention,and the test results were analyzed.Improving the movement technique and improving the quality of the movement completion have obvious promotion effect.Research methods:(1)This research uses the literature method to consult various documents,books,materials,etc.to lay the theoretical foundation for the development of this research.(2)Secondly,an experimental method was used to conduct an experimental demonstration of this study.30 athletes from the second middle school football training team in Ordos City,Inner Mongolia were selected as the experimental objects.According to the initial test results of the FMS,a suitable functional training plan was developed,which was different in the later experiments At the same time,three FMS tests were conducted,and two basic football action tests were also conducted before and after the functional training intervention to check whether the16-week functional training was effective.(3)Finally,the data processing method is used to repeatedly measure the variance of the four test data of each action test of the FMS to obtain the specific results of the experiment.The two tests of the basic soccer action test indicators are paired sample T test and analyzed and discussed.Verify the effectiveness of the experiment.Research results:After 16 weeks of functional training intervention,the test results obtained show that the scores of the FMS test have improved to a certain extent,including the squat test,stepped fence test,shoulder flexibility test and active straight knee lift testThe results show that in the four tests of these actions,the scores of the four tests of each action show a large increase,and there are significant differences(P <0.01)in the tests at different stages.The trunk stable push-up test also has significant differences,but the change in the increase amplitude is a steadily rising phase compared to several other items.Both the linear lunge step and the trunk rotation stability test showed a gentle growth trend,and the score difference between the four tests was not large,but there was a significant difference(P <0.05).Research conclusions:(1)After 16 weeks of functional training,it can be clearly seen from the results that 30 football players have significant statistical significance in the FMS test scores.It is confirmed that functional training can improvethe athlete's body's ability to be symmetrical,stable,balanced,and flexible and coordinated.At the same time,it also strengthens the muscle strength of various parts of the body,balances the development of muscle groups throughout the body,improves the athlete's overall quality and improves movement.Activity performance.(2)Judging from the results of football basic movement test indicators,each test data has an obvious growth and development trend,proving that functional training can help young football players improve their physical qualities,optimize the body 's weak chain,and build the correctAfter the action mode,it can be well applied to the performance of football special movements,which integrates the whole body movements,and through the coordination of the body muscle groups,joints,and the orderly transmission of energy on the power chain,the economics of the movements are improved.And the efficiency of training has improved the athletes' special sports ability.(3)Through three stages of functional correction training,improve the wrong action structure detected in the initial test screen,correct the wrong action habits,and improve the quality of the action.Recognize and master correct movement techniques and postures,and can have a high degree of control in training and basic movement skill performance to perform precise exercises on any difficulty movements to ensure that they can present good movement performance and thus effectively preventinjurieshappened.
