With the development of China's times and society,the Internet is playing an increasingly important role in our lives.According to the statistical report on the development of Internet in China,by June 2019,the Internet penetration rate has reached61.2%,the scale of China's mobile Internet users has reached 847 million,and the proportion of Internet users using mobile Internet has reached 99.1%.In today's era of big data,more people get information through the Internet,and the popularity of smart mobile terminals attracts various media to introduce apps in the mobile terminal market.In today's era of rapid development,has become a popular trend,more and more people will be sports as their physical fitness,recreation activity,and college students as the main use of sports APP group,and the use of sports APP satisfaction play a key role to the development of sports APP,therefore,to understand college students basic behavioral preferences and satisfaction of sports APP for sports APP better meet user requirements,improve satisfaction,attract more users,expand the market play a key role.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to study college students' behavioral preference and satisfaction with sports and fitness apps.By investigating the basic behavior of college students in the use of sports and fitness apps,including the type of use,the motivation of choice,the way of acquisition,and the frequency of use,this study analyzed college students' preference for sports and fitness apps.Based on ACSI model according to the characteristics of the sports fitness class APP and the characteristics of college students sports fitness class APP satisfaction measurement model was constructed,and on this basis,design satisfaction assessment questionnaire,for college students to exercise class APP satisfaction is quantified,from the Angle ofimprove the satisfaction and the test model features involved in the relationship of the variables for analysis.Based on the analysis of the basic behavior of college students in using sports apps and the satisfaction survey of college students in using sports apps,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Based on ACSI model construction of college students to exercise class APP satisfaction evaluation model,through the investigation to verify the model as qualified students to exercise class APP satisfaction surveys,user expectations for quality perception,perception of value and customer satisfaction has positive influence function,respectively,in which the user expectations for user satisfaction effect;Quality perception has a positive effect on value perception and user satisfaction.Value perception positively affects user satisfaction;User satisfaction positively affects user loyalty to a greater extent;Negatively affect user complaints;User complaints negatively affect user loyalty.2.By investigating the basic behavioral characteristics and satisfaction degree of college students on sports and fitness apps,analyze their preferences,improve relevant links to meet users' satisfaction degree according to the relationship between model indicators,and put forward corresponding improvement Suggestions.Research recommendations:1.Enhance product functions to meet users' exercise needs2.Optimize product design and enrich forms of physical exercise3.Increase the personality setting and improve the enthusiasm of physical exercise...
