On September 2,2019,GBF [2019] No.40 document,the State Council approved the notice of the general office of the State Council on printing and distributing the outline of building a strong sports country,which repeatedly mentioned that we should resolutely implement the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on accelerating the construction of a strong sports country,and strive to make sports construction a landmark cause of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The physical quality and physical literacy of children and adolescents are related to the physical health baseline of our country.In this critical period,to do a good job of physical education for children and adolescents,and constantly explore and innovate scientific and reasonable physical exercise design scheme,is to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of physical education development,and constantly meet the needs of the people for a better life.In the past few decades,the teaching mode of physical quality training for primary and secondary school students in China has been using a relatively traditional single physical training mode,while ignoring the overall training of the backbone strength of the trunk of children and adolescents.As the core center of human body,the trunk is responsible for supporting the stability and coordination of the whole body and controlling the strength of limbs.At the same time,the trunk pillar strength training not only focuses on the local training of single upper or lower limbs,but also emphasizes the comprehensive strengthening of integrated shoulders,trunk,hips and limbs,which can effectively improve the overall stability,coordination,endurance and explosive force,fully drive the body's dynamic chain for efficient energy transmission,and also avoid unnecessary sports injury to a certain extent.In this paper,35 students from two classes of grade five in Jinxiang Yucai School in Jining City,Shandong Province are selected as the experimental research objects.First,the individual differences are eliminated by measuring height,weight,vital capacity,etc.,and then the correlation analysis is carried out by literature data method,expert interview method,logical analysis method and statistical method.Afterexcluding the exogenous factors such as individual difference,weather influence and equipment limitation between the experimental group and the control group,we carried out eight weeks of trunk pillar strength training and traditional physical training for the two groups respectively,and tested the performance data of four evaluation indexes before and after the training with SPSS and Stata software.The conclusions are as follows:Combined with the experiment group and the control group,the students in the experiment group were tested in four aspects: 50 m running,standing long jump,one minute sit up and flat support.The first three items showed that the test results in the experiment group were more significant,while the fourth item showed that the test results in the two groups were different,which proved the importance of the core strength of the trunk pillar from the front and side,and the power chain transmission The attention of delivery mechanism is very conducive to the improvement of students' physical performance and physical quality.Heavenly stems and earthly branches have been ancient Chinese literature search.Although this experiment affirmed the role of trunk support training,they did not severely negate the merits of traditional sports training.Therefore,they still uphold the spirit of taking the essence and eliminating the dross,and integrate different training methods to complement each other's weaknesses,so as to explore a training mode that is more conducive to the healthy development of Chinese students and meet the needs of national physical development.The "Chinese model" of the constitution of Chinese children and adolescents.
