The continuous deepening of the national education system reform has put forward higher requirements for school education.As the top priority of school education,school physical education puts forward higher requirements on the teaching ability and professional quality of physical education teachers.Physical education teachers are facing increasing professional pressure.By investigating the occupational pressure of Tai'an City key(provincial demonstration)high school PE teachers,To find out the sources and harms of occupational stress is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the effective management of occupational stress and mental health of physical education teachers.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,questionnaire survey and interview to investigate the occupational pressure of physical education teachers in Tai'an City key high schools.This paper analyzes the source of pressure and the main factors that cause the pressure,in order to provide reference for easing the pressure of PE teachers in Tai'an City key high schools.he results show that:1.Tai'an City key high school physical education teachers are mainly male teachers,male and female ratio imbalance;The majority of teachers have 11-15 years of teaching experience;Mostly second-level teachers,Most teachers are between 41 and 50 years old,and the proportion of young and middle-aged teachers is low.The level of education is reasonable,the teacher's education is mainly undergraduate.2.Tai'an City key high school physical education teachers have different degrees of occupational pressure.Physical education teachers of different genders have significant differences in interpersonal relationship,student factors and school management.Female teachers are slightly higher than male teachers.Physical education teachers of different ages have significant differences in work load,career expectation,interpersonal relationship,student factors and self-development.Physical education teachers with different professional titles have significant differences in workload,career expectation and student factors.The physical education teachers with different educational backgrounds have significant differences in work load,career expectation and interpersonal relationship.Physical education teachers of different teaching ages have significant differences in workload,career expectation,interpersonal relationship,student factors,self-development and school management.3.Tai'an City key high school physical education teachers stress sources include work load,self development,career expectations,student factors,school management,interpersonal relationships,Work load and self-development are the main factors affecting the career stressof PE teachers in Tai'an City key high schools.Compared with work load and self-development,the pressure of school management is slightly less,which is significantly higher than that of interpersonal relationship,and there is moderate pressure in career expectation and student management.4.To alleviate the occupational pressure of PE teachers in Tai'an City key high schools,Create a scientific and reasonable school management mechanism;Create a social atmosphere that respects teachers and values education.Create a harmonious family atmosphere.
