The high-quality development of the economy is an inexhaustible driving force for social development.Among the many factors that promote economic growth, the importance of human capital has gradually become a consensus, and many elements that constitute human capital are also included in the economic growth model. With the continuous development of economic growth theory, the relevant connotation of human capital is constantly enriched and improved. In addition to educating human capital, healthy human capital has also begun to receive more and more attention and research. The quality of education will affect the accumulation of healthy human capital, and the level of health will also affect the development of educational human capital, and ultimately will affect economic growth. Therefore, exploring the internal mechanisms of education, healthy capital and economic growth has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting high-quality economic development.First of all, this paper reviews the relevant literatures on human capital and economic growth theory, and summarizes the research status and related results of the impact mechanism between human capital and economic growth,so as to clarify the logical starting point of research.Secondly, this paper analyzes the process of education and health capital affecting economic growth, constructs a theoretical analysis framework with the private sector and the public sector, and derives the final steadystate equilibrium model through the Hamilton equation.Thirdly, this paper uses time series global principal component analysis to construct educational capital, healthy capital and economic development quality indicators.Through the analysis of the data of human capital and economic growth in 31 provinces and cities in China from 2002 to 2016,this paper obtains the comprehensive index and ranking results of economic development quality, education capital and healthy capital of each province in each year. Then, through the Moran's I index analysis, there is significant spatial-temporal correlation between human capital and economic quality. Therefore, the spatial vector autoregressive model is used to construct the spatial panel model of human capital investment, and the system generalized moment estimation method is used to estimate the model parameters. The research conclusions show that the influence of different provinces and cities on different indicators will be transmitted to another province through one province.Because of the different spatial distribution of different provinces, the impact is different, which reflects the different indicators between different provinces and cities.Through empirical analysis,it is concluded that the quality of economic development has been greatly improved after continuous human capital investment, but there are still some shortcomings in the development of education and health itself. It shows that while considering the investment of human capital, how to rationally plan the investment mode and direction is the most important. At the same time,in order to obtain the growth path and impact trajectory of human capital on the quality of economic development, this paper uses spatial impulse response function to analyze the model results, and finds that the improvement of economic development quality can bring about an increase in educational investment,Thus bringing the promotion of educational development level, and the educational impact of the developed areas of education will have a certain squeeze out of the education situation in other areas, the health impact of the underdeveloped areas will have a long-term effect on the quality of local economic development. Finally, from the theoretical and model impact, this paper proposes corresponding policy recommendations for the problems existing in China's human capital and economic growth.
