A Study Of Group Work Involved In The Community Integration Of Migrant Children

As the urbanization process accelerated,a large number of migrant workers flooded into the city.At the same time,the problem of urban integration of migrant children has gradually become the focus of society.The author relies on the internship unit of the Z institution and takes the children in the Y community as the research object in the service,and finds that there are interpersonal communication obstacles,negative psychological emotions and weak community participation in the community integration process problem.Based on the preliminary investigation and analysis of Y community,it was found that the migrant children's difficulty in integrating into the community is caused by following problems:individuals difficulty in adapting to the changes of living environment and the gap of teaching levels,parents' lacking of recess and low literacy levels,and the community's failure to attach great importance.Trailing the Y community children into the problems and influencing factors of analysis under the premise of combining the particularity of the service object,to community knowledge lecture hall,advice for communities to dress up,dress up to participate in the community practice as the main content of design five growth group activities,and using the advantage perspective and social learning theory as the instruction,the whole activity group fully pays attention to play to potential and help student study for self-efficacy.According to the evaluation,the participation and satisfaction of team members are high on the whole.At the same time,the team members' confidence,peer relationship and community sense of belonging have all been enhanced to different degrees.It is believed that the group activities have achieved the goal.At the same time,this paper discusses the experience of this activity from three aspects: ingenious design of group activity,proper application of workers' skills and harmonious atmosphere.Finally,the author puts forward corresponding suggestions according to the deficiencies of the workers in this activity in terms of their weak professionalism,insufficient influence of activities and lack of support from external forces,that is,to improve the workers' working ability,construct multiple intervention strategies and construct external social support system.
