Nowadays,China's urbanization is developing at a faster and faster pace.With the development of cities,a tide of migrant workers is surging in rural areas,which leads to a sudden increase of floating population in China.Different from the previous single-person mobility model,today's overall family mobility has become a trend,and more and more migrant workers choose to bring their spouses and children into the city.In recent years,the number of migrant children has been growing,as a special group of children,migrant children have attracted social attention.These migrant children's parents' vague cognition of the edge of their identity and the lack of sense of security will be reflected in the migrant children,making their psychological identity of the city generally low and known as "the second generation of marginal people".After they enter the city,an important problem they face is city integration.If the migrant children can successfully integrate into the city,they will establish a positive ideological character and form a sound personality.On the contrary,if they are not well integrated into the city,it is very likely to cause character defects of migrant children and even harm the society.Therefore,it is very important to help the migrant children to actively integrate into the city.The community is a preparatory place before the migrant children integrate into the city,and at the same time,as the living place and social place for the migrant children,the community plays an important role in the growth process of the migrant children.In this paper,N community in Zhengzhou was selected as the research site to explore and study the community integration of migrant children in the community.On the basis of finding problems,combined with the theory of the perspective of energy enhancement,the group work method is applied to carry out group activities to help migrant children solve the problems they encounter and integrate them into the community faster and better.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the research background,research significance,literature review,definition of related concepts,theoretical support,research ideas and methods;the second part mainly analyzes the obstacles and causes of the integration of migrant children into the community in order to understand the problems;the third part is the preparatory work of the development group,including The fourth part is the specific implementation process of group activities,including group activities on different themes;the fifth part is to evaluate the effectiveness of group practical activities in order to understand the effectiveness of the activities;the last part summarizes the shortcomings of practical activities,and to solve the problem of children's community with migration.Some suggestions and measures are provided for the problems encountered in the process of integration.
