Group Work Research On Improving The Ability Of Migrant Children To Integrate Into The Community

How to integrate migrant children into urban communities is a social problem in the critical period of China's urban transformation and development,which has been closely studied by experts and scholars in different academic and social fields.Community is the grass-roots organization of the social life of urban residents in China,an important field for the communication and interaction of migrant children,and an important macro system for the adaptability and sense of belonging of migrant children to the urban living environment.As a professional method of social work,group work can effectively help team members to improve the ability to integrate into the community,promote transformation and healthy growth,so as to further integrate into the modern city and modern society.Changzhou city is located in the Yangtze river delta economic circle core area,the economy is relatively developed,the floating population adsorption ability is strong.H community is located in the combination of urban and rural development in the north district of changzhou city.The complex environment is not conducive to the integration of migrant children into the community.This paper will mainly discuss the one-way integration of migrant children,that is to further improve the ability of migrant children to integrate into the community.Taking H community in changzhou city as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of community integration of migrant children through group work,so as to improve their community integration ability through group work.Taking advantage of the opportunity of the implementation of T social work organization service project in H community,the author used observation method,scale method and questionnaire method to collect data,and made a concrete analysis from three aspects of community identity,community communication and community adaptation.The survey found that the floating children in H community had some problems in the process of community integration,such as inappropriate customs and language,insufficient ability of peer communication,low community participation,and lack of community identity and sense of belonging.Then,based on the theory of ecosystem were analyzed,and the results show that floating children for community about problems in the micro system disorder,lack of medium system,macroscopic system lag is the cause of problems to the community in,and tried to use group working methods for intervention,the community into substantial increase andimprove the ability.Through the group evaluation and analysis,the results show that the micro system adjustment is improved,the function of the medium system is improved,and the support of the macro system is enhanced.Through analysis and demonstration,the community integration of migrant children under the group work has been improved and their community integration ability has been improved.Floating children participate in team work,adaptability to improve their communities,community interaction will increase and appear to heterogeneous signs of transition and the identity of the floating children in communities get promoted.Finally,it is concluded that the group work method plays a positive role in promoting the integration of migrant children into the community.
