Migration behavior is always linked to economic goals.Discussion and research on migration are always the focus of the whole society. On the one hand, this topic studies the spatial and temporal evolution of the immigrant population at the interprovincial level;on the other hand, from the perspective of economics,it explores the impact of immigration on adult income in the context of the great changes in Chinese society. The migration behavior in early childhood is conducive to the formation of personal independence,perseverance,self-control,and ideological quality, thereby promoting cognitive skills, effectively building human capital, and thereby obtaining higher income levels and promoting upward social mobility. However, the original social capital weakens as it migrates to other places, which is often not conducive to the development of the labor force itself, and is in a "weak" position compared with local residents, which in turn affects income. With the differences in migration areas, the degree of impact of the weakening of social capital is different. Therefore, there is a "strength" confrontation between human capital and social capital. When migrating to a region with a higher economic level, the positive role of human capital gradually occupies a dominant position, and the negative impact of social capital is gradually offset or even exceeded,Which in turn is conducive to the increase of adult income. The article generally follows the basic research idea of "theoretical basis and hypothesis-analysis of the spatial characteristics of young migrants-establishment of basic model classification estimates-summary and suggestions based on empirical results";the combination of qualitative and quantitative Combining multiple research methods;using the China Family Tracking Survey(CFPS)micro-survey data;the selected research object is a group that has migrated with the family at an early age(that is,before 12 years old),and empirical estimates are made. The research results show that: 1)The overall distribution of the immigrant population at an early age is:Western region <Central region <Eastern region, with Shanghai,Liaoning and Guangdong accounting for the highest proportion of the total. The immigrant population is constantly concentrated in the eastern region, and the proportion of the central region is continuously shrinking, and there is a "central collapse" situation;2)Under the influence of human capital and social capital, only migration to a "good" environment will have Positive effect.3)The return on investment in human capital isheterogeneous among regions. The return on human capital investment in the eastern region is 0.7 percentage points higher than that in the central and western regions;the return on human capital investment in the urban region is 1.4 percentage points higher than that in the rural regions. The positive effect of early migration on human capital increases with regional economic level;the negative effect on social capital weakens with regional economic level;migration to areas with better economic conditions is more conducive to the increase in income levels. In this regard, our suggestions are: First, take effective measures to actively break down migration barriers, provide migrant families with a guarantee system for employment, medical care, education, etc.that is equal to local residents, reduce the negative impact of household registration restrictions, reduce Migration costs.Second, accelerate the improvement of the quality of education in the central and western regions, increase investment in hardware and software, and use online education platforms and other methods to promote the sharing of excellent educational resources.Third, introduce a perfect legal system to ensure the fairness of the migrant population in the labor market and further optimize the labor market structure.
