In order to implement the strategy of rural revitalization and promote the integration of urban and rural education,119 famous teachers' studios have been set up in hangzhou.The studio has a special activity mode-the tutor enters the village school to support and help the village teachers to grow up.The studios of famous rural teachers share educational concepts and educational resources to promote rural education through famous urban teachers and narrow the gap between urban and rural education.Based on the background of revitalizing rural education in hangzhou,this study focuses on the construction of rural teachers,constructing the "new ecology" of rural education development,reshaping the "new concept" of rural education development,cultivating the "new style" of rural education development,and forming the "new pattern" of rural education development.Different from the previous model of village famous teachers' studios,in the past,it was inclined to bring village famous teachers into the city for development.There are 119 famous teachers' studios in hangzhou,allowing urban famous teachers to enter rural schools,bringing changes to rural schools and rural education.Nowadays,rural education has been attached great importance to by the mass society.The author sorts out the work mode,activity form and effect of this round of studio activities in hangzhou,hoping to contribute to the development of urban and rural education in the future.The first chapter expounds the origin and significance of research from the perspective of policy and the actual needs of rural teachers.The second chapter of the paper briefly describes the existing research on the development of rural teachers,the famous teachers' studios,and the exploration of the famous teachers' studios,It is based on the theory of learning organization.In chapter three,based on literature and theoretical research and social support theory,through a questionnaire survey,to investigate and study 119 rural teachers' studios in Hangzhou.The questionnaire involves the self-attribute of studio members and the content form of the studio.It collects the needs of studio members and the obtained progress results,and obtains the general situation of the studio of famous rural teachers in hangzhou.In chapter four,by sharing typical cases,the influence of the studio on the professional development of rural teachers is obtained according to the harvest of some studio members.In chapter five,based on the questionnaire and case study,it is concluded that the studio of hangzhou famous rural teachers promotes the development of rural teachers,rural schools and rural areas.In the fifth chapter,aiming at the shortcomings of the village famous teachers' studios,the author puts forward improvement suggestions and future prospects from the perspective of the government,school and studios.
