| The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed a rural revitalization strategy aimed at achieving a comprehensive rural revitalization with strong agriculture,beautiful rural areas and rich farmers.Rural education revitalization,as an important part of rural revitalization strategy,plays a very important role in providing talents for rural construction and revitalizing rural culture.Rural teaching points are an important form of schooling for implementing rural compulsory education,and are the key to ensuring that school-age children in rural areas,especially in remote and poor areas,are enrolled nearby.With the acceleration of the urbanization process and the implementation of the policy of adjusting the layout of rural primary and secondary schools,many problems have emerged in the development of the teaching points.If these problems are not solved well,it will affect the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Rural teaching points in G County of Jiangsu Province have mainly experienced three stages of development:growth and expansion,merger and shrinkage,restoration and retention.They have played an important role in promoting the development of rural compulsory education in G County.However,a survey of 41 rural teaching points in G County also found that because of the deviation of the value of rural teaching points in the process of urbanization,difficulty in obtaining educational resources fairly,lack of school status,deviations in the implementation of local government policies,the allocation of teachers cannot meet development needs and other reasons have led to the serious problems of lack of high-quality teachers,poor school conditions,serious loss of students,and low teaching levels in the development of rural teaching points in G County,which has increased the cost of rural family education,the gradual loss of rural population and talent,and the inheritance of rural civilization The obstruction ultimately affected the smooth implementation of the G County’s rural revitalization strategy.Based on this,we should proceed from the practical needs of promoting and implementing the rural revitalization strategy of G County,and take four measures such as reshaping the value of rural teaching points in rural revitalization,paying attention to the survival and development of rural teaching points,improving the quality of education in rural teaching points based on rural revitalization,strengthening the construction of teachers to effectively promote the healthy development of rural teaching points. |
