The professional level of rural teachers is of great significance to the improvement of education quality in rural areas of our country.At present,as an effective way of teachers' professional development,the studio of famous teachers is gradually mature.As a learning community of teachers' professional growth,the studio of famous teachers has set up a platform for the professional growth of famous teachers in the region.At the same time,it plays a leading and leading role of key teachers and provides more teachers with the opportunity of professional development.With the help of ecological theory,this paper systematically combs the relevant research at home and abroad by literature research method,clarifies the research subject and purpose,and adopts the method of case study,taking Hebei provincial F county famous teacher studio as the research object,investigates the implementation status and effect of county famous teacher studio in rural areas,and obtains valuable conclusions from it.The thesis is divided into four chapters: the first chapter focuses on the background and significance of the research,combing the overall situation of the research field at home and abroad,and determining the specific framework of this study;the second chapter mainly analyzes the ecological structure and ecological ring of the famous teacher's studio from the perspective of ecology The third chapter interprets the internal and external environmental ecological factors and the ecological factors of the members from the ecological point of view.The external environment of the studio is influenced by the natural conditions and the policy background.At the same time stimulate the endogenous studio members Power.
