Study On The Special Dilemma Of Principal's Decision-making In Universities Affiliated Schools And Its Solution Mechanism

The establishment of affiliated schools by local governments in cooperation with universities is one of the effective ways to alleviate the imbalance of social quality education resources.The decision-making of the principal is the most important part to turn the intention of the local government and the university into reality.The decision-making of university secondary school principals is similar and different from that of other principals.The decision-making of university secondary school principals is different from that of other principals in that they are responsible not only to the education authorities but also to the universities to which they belong.At present,there are three kinds of special difficulties in decision-making: too attached to the administrative department in decision-making,too strong in "administrative ";too inclined to the university in decision-making," approachable" not enough;Too much emphasis on individualism," organizational " is not strong.The causes of these problems and the mechanism to resolve them need to be studied urgently.At present,there are many researches on decision-making procedure,influencing factors of decision-making,ways and methods to promote decision-making of principals,but there is still a gap in the study-making and dilemma and resolution mechanism of decision-making of "university secondary school principals ".Three studies have been completed:1.attempt broadens the connotation of decision-making of university secondary school principals.It is necessary to deal with the relationship between the government and the university in an artistic way when the decision-making meets the dilemma.There are three roles to be played: foresight,designer of university idea;local,executive of government's intention to run a school;combining with the school situation,achieving the goal of running a school Practitioners.2.It reveals the crux of the special dilemma of the decision-making of the university secondary school principals.In addition to understanding the general rules of leaders' decision-making,it is necessary to realize artistic decision-making in management practice and complete the magnificent turn from "stir-fry" to "cooking".3.The design of the mechanism for resolving the special dilemma of decision-making of university secondary school principals is constructed.Values,professional knowledge,personality characteristics and personal experience are the main factors that affect the promotion of decision-making ability of secondary school principals.Through the establishment of incentive compatibility mechanism,inclusive mechanism,cooperative game mechanism three mechanisms and "four re" measures can effectively resolve these special difficulties.
