| Decision making of the schools'principals counts for much in the development of schools.The quality of its adminstration deeply affects the direction of the future and excellence of schools. Mostly different principals will think in accordance with their inherent decision-making style which can reflect the personal character , interpersonal ability, cognitive ability on the environment and problem-solving abilities. so the principals' decision-making style can be researched according to how they deal with the school things , which will help principals know the cognitive ability to handle the situation , interpersonal skills, ability to solve the problems, because schools'descison-making is the center of schools management.The research on the principals'decision-making style can help promote the developemt of democratization and scientification of schools decision-making.This research is mainly divided into five chapters.The first chapter is problgomena.Mostly introduce the motivation, purpose, questions, methods analysis of the current related research at home and abroad.And also discuss about related concepts theoretical style, decision-making, decision-making styles, the principals'decision-making style of theoretical research.The second chapter is the analysis of a questionnaire survey: The design of the questionnaire survey includes two parts, personal Information and the survey of decision-making styles the main target is for teachers, from the perspective of teachers find out the actual situation of the principals'decision making style,make a fuddamental investigation of principals' decision-making styles and the problems about that and provide the demonstration evidence for analyzing the problems of the principals'decision-making style.The third chapter is to analyze principals' decision-making style of analysis based on interviews with the principlas: The main object involved in the decision-making style is principal and this should be taken into account, so the survey is mainly interview with the principals and supplemented by teachers and then find out the problems and provide the basisi for analyzing with the problems later.The fourth Chapter is analyzing the questions: the questions in the principals'decision-making style, as well as reasons for those , with a view to find the factors influencing the principals'decision-making style and make suggestions for developing of scientific and democratic decision making.Through the first chapter analysis on questionnaires and interviews with principals and teachers in second chapterThe actual situation about the principals' decision making is the following.: 1.the principals' decision-making styles are more inclined to be decentralized decision making,but they are influenced too much by the centralized decision-making which is popular during the planning economic system.2.when making decisions, be overcautious and indecisive ,fail to solve after a long delay;make resolute decisions blindly with lack of careful consideration;3.mostly, the principals'decision style is still mostly the conservative-oriented, the principals are too conservative and complacent to make decisions.4.many principals'decision style is mainly experienced decision,the principals blindly imtiate what others have succeeded in doing,without solving these issues,certainly it will affect the of democratic and scientific decision-making level development.The chapter is to make suggestions based on the problems above: 1.change the principals' dictatorship decision style for decentralized decision style;2.promote the union between decisive decision style and careful decision style;3.Strengthen the change from the conservative decision styles to innovative decision style;4.Enhance the change from experienced decision style to innovation decision style...
