With the continuous promotion and deepening of the reform of primary and secondary schools,the national college entrance examination gradually develops new teaching materials and new curriculum standards.At the same time,the rapid development of society has put forward higher requirements for education.In 2017,China's ministry of education announced the new curriculum standards for chemistry,which put forward the concept of chemical core accomplishment in combination with the needs of social development to cultivate talents.This study to adapt to new standard requirement,cultivating talents,advancing with The Times the future of problem sets and recitation design point of view from the school,to study the effect of its core literacy of students.It is hoped that some helpful materials can be provided to enrich the design theory of teacher exercises.This research first,from the literature analysis and the theory research foundation,understands the present domestic and foreign related exercises design article,unifies the domestic related chemistry core accomplishment article,has established this research process and the method;secondly,in order to understand the teacher's view to this research,has designed the questionnaire survey,through the questionnaire analysis and the literature analysis and the chemistry core accomplishment connotation,has determined the core accomplishment level and the exercise quality appraisal frame;again,carries on the exercise case design and the exercise lesson design;finally,has designed the exercise lesson practice research based on the research goal,and has obtained the conclusion through the questionnaire survey.This research first,from the literature analysis and the theory research foundation,understands the present domestic and foreign related exercises design article,unifies the domestic related chemistry core accomplishment article,has established this research process and the method;secondly,in order to understand the teacher's viewto this research,has designed the questionnaire survey,through the questionnaire analysis and the literature analysis and the chemistry core accomplishment connotation,has determined the core accomplishment level and the exercise quality appraisal frame;again,carries on the exercise case design and the exercise lesson design;finally,has designed the exercise lesson practice research based on the research goal,and has obtained the conclusion through the questionnaire survey.The results show that the design of problem sets and the design of problem sets based on high school chemistry core accomplishment can improve the level of students' chemistry core accomplishment.
