Research On The Construction Of The Speed Skating Team Which Turns From Speed Roller Skating To Speed Skating In Zhejiang Province

Since the success of the bid for the Olympic winter games in Beijing,China's snow and ice industry has developed rapidly.In terms of China's competitive sports,in order to implement the strategy of "north ice and south exhibition",the speed skating department of the winter sports management center of the general administration of sport of China proposed the project of "turns from roller skating to skating",which was actively responded by Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shanghai and other southern provinces and cities.Zhejiang Province,as one of the leading provinces in the development of speed skating,has formed a speed skating team of Zhejiang Province by making full use of the opportunity of "roller skating".Team building is the key to the steady and sustainable development of a sports team.Through the research on the team construction of the speed skating team which turns from speed roller skating to speed skating in Zhejiang Province,this paper,on the one hand,understands the current situation of the team construction in the actual development of zhejiang speed skating team.On the other hand,it provides Suggestions for the sustainable development of zhejiang speed skating team.This study studied the team construction of the speed skating team which turns from speed roller skating to speed skating in Zhejiang Province from six aspects: management system,athletes team,coaches team,training and competition management,site facilities and guarantee mechanism.In Zhejiang Province the results show that the speed skating team which turns from speed roller skating to speed skating out for more than a year turn many good grades,but its competitive strength,heilongjiang and jilin speed skating strong province there is a big gap,are still in the initial stage of team,the team construction of development there are still some problems,specific for:(1)the management system is not sound,the management is not systematic and accurate,the "two core multi-line" non-specialized management mode,resulting in the current team management revealed management efficiency,slow information transmission and other shortcomings;(2)there is a shortage of reserve talents for athletes,no scientificand reasonable talent selection mechanism has been established,and the sports level is polarized obviously,and no effective echelon construction has been formed;(3)there is a serious shortage of coaches,the ratio between the number of coaches and the number of athletes is unreasonable,and the training opportunities for coaches are very limited.Coaching mainly relies on experience,and the positioning of training objectives is limited,so the positive effect of scientific research on training cannot be fully utilized.(4)the number of competitors is small and the level is single,the provincial speed skating competition is lacking,and the athletes' participation experience is limited;(5)no standard speed skating training facilities in the province,relying on long-term external training,ice training conditions are limited,the training quality is affected to a certain extent;(6)the guarantee mechanism of team staffing and placement of retired athletes is not clear.Scientific research,medical and cultural guarantee cannot meet the actual needs of athletes,which affects the enthusiasm of athletes in training to some extent.In Zhejiang Province,the team construction of the speed skating team which turns from speed roller skating to speed skating in Zhejiang Province existing problems,this study put forward the following Suggestions:(1)follow the life cycle law of team development,make a reasonable prediction of team management development,establish the winter sports management center of zhejiang province,strengthen the internal management mechanism,and improve the management refinement by digital means;(2)to strengthen the mining and training of reserve talents,deepen the research on the policies of the management mechanism of athletes' advance and retreat teams,and make full use of cross-boundary and cross-sport talent selection to strengthen the construction of the local roller skating team,or through the mining and introduction of talents,increase the media publicity,and increase the reserve population base;(3)to strengthen the construction of the coach team and improve the comprehensive capability of the coaches by enriching the provincial coach team or introducing coach talents through multiple channels,and at the same time to improve the post training mechanism of the coaches;(4)set up provincial speed skating competition and create a speed skating competition alliance in theYangtze river delta region to form a good competitive atmosphere and achieve coordinated development within and outside the province;(5)to speed up the construction of professional skating venues within the province,and actively carry out long-term cooperation with other provinces or the international community to create better conditions for the team's ice training;(6)improve the guarantee mechanism,actively solve the problem of establishment,strengthen the scientific research guarantee force,form the integrated management model of "training science and medicine",understand the actual needs of athletes,and improve the quality of education guarantee in all aspects.
