At present,the traditional education model has been unable to meet the needs of the educated,coupled with the rapid development of mobile Internet technology,the online education industry has emerged in response to the situation.Under the influence of the epidemic,the opening of junior high school and offline training have been delayed,which is conducive to accelerating the development of the online education platform for junior high school.At the same time,junior high school online education platform also has a series of user experience problems such as poor learning effect,low concentration,and weak interaction.This paper first introduces the research background,the purpose and significance of the research,the content and methods of the research,as well as the domestic and foreign research content related to user experience,design thinking and online education.Secondly,it analyzes the development status of China’s junior high school online education.Then,the interview method was used to explore the influencing factors of user experience of junior high school online education platform,and four influencing factors were obtained through analysis and discussion,including user experience,social function,emotional satisfaction and perceived learning value.Finally,based on the design thinking model,it provides ideas on how to improve the products of the online education platform,and analyzes the improvement strategy based on the influencing factors obtained from the research and the design thinking concept.This paper suggests that the junior high school online education platform should be improved in the following directions: First,to enhance product stability,enhance practicality and operability,and achieve the purpose of optimizing the sense of use of products.Secondly,the sharing function of online education products is continuously optimized through reasonable pricing and the use of prototype and iteration in the design thinking model,so as to enhance junior high school students’ sense of participation and identity in the product and improve the social function of the junior high school online education platform.Third,provide more refined and customized services to improve the interaction between users and the product and the convenience of using the product,so as to improve the emotional satisfaction experience.Fourthly,curriculum design that is more in line with the needs of junior high school students should be provided,curriculum content should be enriched,and timeliness of communication between users and teachers should be strengthened to improve users’ perception of learning value.At the theoretical level,this paper introduces the perspective of design thinking.Through in-depth analysis of the user experience of junior high school online education platform,it provides theoretical guidance for the optimization and improvement of junior high school online education platform,and has guiding significance for the development of junior high school online education industry.
