With the continuous promotion and implementation of the "Double First Class" plan,striving for the construction of world-class universities and first-class disciplines has been the common goal of all universities in China.College teachers,as the core talents of universities,not only shoulder scientific research tasks but also teaching tasks,their performance level often represents the standard of the school,and for the knowledge-intensive profession of college teachers,the contextual performance is a concentrated manifestation of creating greater value.The study is based on the college teachers' psychological contract and organizational commitment.It has important significance and research value to the mechanism of action of contextual performance.First of all,this study sorts out the current research status of college teachers' psychological contract,organizational commitment and contextual performance through a large number of domestic and foreign literature readings,and further determines the research ideas and logical relationships through the research results to find out the current research.Blind spots,and then carry out targeted innovative research.On this basis,the specific concepts and related theories applicable to this study are determined,and the variable sub-dimensions of this research are divided in detail.Then,the theoretical model has been innovatively constructed on the basis of the model of "psychological contract(perception)? organizational commitment(attitude)? contextual performance(behavior)",and the logical basis of each variable is elaborated from the subdivision dimension of each variable.,Describe its mechanism of action,and combine the existing research and the theoretical model of this research to put forward the hypothesis of this article.Secondly,the design of the empirical research process is carried out,and the research and design of the scale are carried out according to the process.Through a large number of interviews and further reading of literature,a questionnaire suitable for the research situation and object is designed.The validity and reliability of the research data are determined by revising the prediction questionnaire and testing the reliability and validity of the formal questionnaire.On this basis,the software SPSS24.0 and AMOS24.0 are used to test the hypothesis by the structural equation model and the Bootstrap method in the general test flow.Finally,through the above research process,the conclusion of this study is drawn: college teacher contextual performance is positively affected by psychological contract and organizational commitment and organizational commitment has an intermediary role between psychological contract and contextual performance.There are obvious differences in the degree of influence of the three variable subdivision dimensions.This study also puts forward targeted management suggestions recommendations that this study believes are feasible in the future.
