In 2020,China will usher in a year of decisive victory in completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and achieving the first centenary goal.In 2017,general secretary xi put forward the rural revitalization strategy in his report to the 19 th CPC national congress,leading the cause of rural revitalization.Rural education revitalization is a crucial part of the process of rural revitalization.Primary school is the starting point of compulsory education.How to run rural primary schools well and improve the quality of rural education is particularly crucial.And the principal is the core of leading the school work,from the principal,can effectively improve the quality of a school.Therefore,this study starts from the leadership of school-based curriculum of rural primary school principals,which has a strong practical significance for the development of rural primary school principals and the improvement of rural primary school education quality.In order to deeply understand the specific connotation of leadership in the schoolbased curriculum of principals in rural primary schools,the researcher mainly used the interview survey method and the questionnaire survey method to collect data,and used the grounded theory to analyze the interview data obtained.In the process of applying grounded theory to construct the theoretical model,the researchers conclude that the toplevel design and teacher guidance are the core links to play the leadership of the schoolbased curriculum of principals in rural primary schools.The results of the questionnaire also show that the effectiveness of school-based curriculum leadership of principals in rural primary schools is mainly embodied in curriculum planning and teacher guidance.Researchers combined leadership contingency theory analyzes the above research conclusion,it is concluded that the influence on the effectiveness of rural elementary school principals school-based curriculum leadership key leadership-school-based curriculum planning ability,team construction,system design,the researchers also further excavate shaping rural elementary school principal factor of school-based curriculum leadership.Based on the understanding of the connotation and source of leadership in the school-based curriculum for principals in rural primary schools,the researcher puts forward corresponding Suggestions from the principals in rural primary schools and relevant training departments.
