In recent years,on the related research of leadership is more,the principal teaching shows that the principal teaching is a hot spot in the present on the headmaster's leadership,but through the analysis of related literature,research on rural primary school teaching leadership still less,especially about the rural elementary school principal teaching leadership behavior study also is less,and previous studies on the breadth and depth and shortcomings.The development of rural primary schools is crucial to the overall construction of a well-off society in China,and the development of rural primary schools is inseparable from the leadership of school principals.The teaching leadership level of rural primary school principals directly determines the quality of school education.Improving the teaching and leadership level of rural primary school principals is not only a key link to revitalize rural education,but also an effective means to improve the quality of school education.In this context,this paper,through investigation and research,explores the current situation of rural primary school principals' teaching behavior and what factors affect their teaching leadership behavior,so as to put forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.In this paper,rural primary school principals in some school districts in Z city and L Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Province are selected as the research object.Based on the theory of teaching leadership and school effectiveness theory,the principal teaching leadership Behavior evaluation Scale of Hai Linjie is selected.The research conclusion is drawn from two aspects through questionnaire survey and interview with principals.First of all,through the analysis of the current situation: rural primary school principals attach importance to encouraging students to learn,rural central primary school principals have higher teaching leadership level than village primary school principals,rural primary school principals in different areas have the same emphasis on teaching leadership.Secondly,by analyzing the factors affecting the draw: 40-49 rural elementary school principals in teaching leadership behavior performance is good,different degree of rural elementary school principals in teaching leadership behavior,there is no significant difference of rural primary school number of full-time teachers affect the principal teaching leadership behavior,the leadership of rural primary schoollong teaching level principal scrolls of teaching,office term,the influence of such factors as.Through the above analysis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to optimize the teaching leadership behavior of rural primary school principals from both internal and external aspects.The internal aspects include the following four points: first,rural primary school principals should strengthen their own professional quality of teaching;Second,rural primary school principals should strengthen the supervision of classroom teaching;Third,rural primary school principals should improve their communication ability from the perspective of distributed leadership;Fourth,rural primary school principals should re-establish their own concept of students.The external aspects include the following four points: first,we should increase the financial support for rural primary schools;Second,reduce unnecessary administrative intervention and increase the teaching leadership time of principals;The third is to improve the principal evaluation system and increase the incentive factors for principals.Fourth,age and teaching age should be considered when selecting rural primary school principals.
