Teachers’ professional disposition is one of the important dimensions of teachers’ professional development,and the quality of teachers’ professional disposition has an important influence on the improvement of education and teaching quality.In recent years,teachers have become hot jobs for many non-normal graduates,and more and more non-normal graduates have entered the teaching staff.At present,the research on teachers’ professional disposition is mostly aimed at normal students,and there is a lack of research on non-normal teachers.What is the current situation of the professional disposition of the new teachers in non-normal primary schools? What are the influencing factors of the professional disposition of the new teachers in non-normal primary schools? These problems need to be further explored.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the current situation and influencing factors of the professional disposition of novice teachers in non-normal primary schools to promote the professional development of non-normal teachers and improve the professional quality of teachers.Based on the professional concept and teachers’ morality in the Professional Standards for Primary School Teachers,this study determines the research framework of this study,and collects data by means of questionnaires and interviews,revealing the overall characteristics,development status and existing problems of the professional disposition of novice teachers in non-normal primary schools,and analyzing the differences in demographic variables of their professional disposition.At the same time,it analyzes the influencing factors of the current situation of non-normal primary school teachers’ professional disposition from the three dimensions of teaching school,society and individual.Finally,based on the research results of the current situation,problems and influencing factors of the professional disposition of the novice teachers in non-normal primary schools,some suggestions are put forward to improve the professional disposition of the novice teachers in non-normal primary schools.It is found that there is still room for improvement in the professional disposition of novice teachers in non-normal primary schools,and the development status of each dimension of professional disposition is as follows:(1)Basic professional knowledge and understanding have been formed;The attitude towards primary school students is basically respectful and democratic;The attitude and behavior towards education and teaching are generally positive;It basically has the personality characteristics of a suitable teacher;Basically have the personal self-restraint and behavior of teaching.The existing problems include: a few teachers lack profound educational feelings;There are misunderstandings in understanding the attitude and behavior towards primary school students;Some teachers lack clear plans for education and teaching;A few teachers have a vague understanding of their own personality characteristics;A few novice teachers in non-normal primary schools are not good at emotional control.This study also found that,from the demographic variables,there is no significant difference in the professional disposition of the novice teachers in non-normal primary schools in terms of gender,education level,teaching experience,teaching period and teaching subjects,but there are significant differences in the dimensions of graduate college help and normal course learning.Exploring the influencing factors of teachers’ professional disposition,it is found that personal factors(including active learning consciousness,important people,teaching experience,educational beliefs and teaching reflection,etc.)are the main factors affecting the development of teachers’ professional disposition,while teaching school factors(including leadership style,school work atmosphere and salary,etc.)and social factors(including teacher training mode and parents’ support and cooperation with teachers’ work,etc.)are the important factors affecting the development of professional disposition.On this basis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the professional disposition of novice teachers in non-normal primary schools,including: optimizing the professional standards of primary school teachers and pointing out the direction for improving the professional disposition of non-normal primary school teachers.Secondly,according to the problems existing in various dimensions of the professional disposition of the novice teachers in non-normal primary schools,the following corresponding solutions are put forward.The specific measures are: attaching importance to cultivating the educational feelings of non-normal primary school teachers and improving their professional understanding and understanding;Establish a correct concept of educating people and treat students’ growth with a correct attitude;Make a clear career development plan and improve the initiative in education and teaching;Improve the evaluation system of personality characteristics and improve the cognition of their own personality characteristics;Improve the ability of emotional control and cultivate good personal self-restraint.Finally,according to the research results of the differences in demographic variables of the professional disposition of the novice teachers in non-normal primary schools,some suggestions are put forward,such as providing targeted help according to the problems,doing a good job of "normal compensatory education" for non-normal primary school teachers,and optimizing the professional standards of primary school teachers.
