Research On Establishing Of Evaluation System Of Municipal Regional Sports Modernization In Zhejiang

With the rapid development of the country's economy and society,the people's demand for sports is constantly increasing,and sports undertakings also need to follow the development of society.In the process of sports modernization,sports constantly meet the needs of people's better life.In this paper,using literature data method,Delphi method,mathematical statistics method,analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and so on,the research results show that the New Era of modernization evaluation index system of Zhejiang province sports develop five first-level indicators,respectively is modernization of mass sports,modernization of the sports industry,modernization of sports management,modernization of sports culture,modernization of competitive sports,19 secondary-level indicators,at the same time modernization of mass sports has 5 secondary-level indicators,that are respectively,sports activities and sports area per event,the role of sports organizations play a role of the instructor of social sports,fitness places construction for 15 min;There are 5 first-level indicators of modernization of sports industry,which are sports goods manufacturing industry,fitness and leisure industry,sports event industry,sports exhibition industry and sports consumption level per people.There are 3 secondary-level indexes of sports management modernization: the establishment of sports system,the execution of sports system and the satisfaction of the people;There are 3 secondary-level indicators of sports culture modernization,which are sports culture activity development,sports culture protection and development,and sports culture communication.There are 3 secondary-level indexes in the modernization of competitive sports,namely,the competition performance,the cultivation of young competitive talents,and the provision of talents for the provincial and national teams.Among them,the top five indexes are the people satisfaction,the sports consumption level per people,the construction result of 15 min fitness,the sports system implementation and the sports field area everyone.It is suggested to clarify the work focus of the competent government departments and let the modernization of sports management guide other modernization.
