The Republic of China is a period of drastic changes in modern society.New developments have ushered in all levels of society,and it is also an important stage for the development of history teaching in middle schools.During this period,the reference book of history teaching in middle schools changed on the basis of inheriting the original historical references in the late Qing Dynasty and combined with the actual needs of the development of the times,showing different trends and reasons.In terms of quantity,from1912 to 1949,the number of middle school history teaching personnel maintained a steady upward trend,reaching an increase peak between the 1930 s and 1940 s,and subsequently developed a group of "examination-type" historical teaching personnel,Greatly enriched the types and quantity of teaching ginseng.At the same time,there have been many changes in the content structure of historical teaching materials at various stages.Based on the content of textbooks,from the beginning to the end of the Republic,text auxiliary systems such as illustrations and tables have been used in historical teaching materials from scratch.The system is also gradually becoming standardized during the change.Examination-type teaching staff closely grasps the need for examination review,and history teaching staff is becoming systematized during the change.By the late 1930 s,qualitative improvements had been completed.The changes in history teaching reference were closely related to many factors in the society at that time.The frequently changing education system and the loose degree of review of teaching books provided a large-scale environmental possibility for historical teaching and learning changes,and the actual teaching and examination of schools The system also provides the necessity for the historical development of historical teaching participation,and the updating of educational thoughts and concepts of historical teaching has also become the driving force for the continuous change and updating of historical teaching participation.The change of history reference books in middle schools during theRepublic of China reflected the profound influence of the background of the social era at that time on the writing and us e of history teachings.Under the influence,history reference books had great influence on the history teaching of schools and became an observation The entry point of the history teaching in the middle school of the Republic of China,and furthermore,it can be used as a reference for the compilation and use of history teaching today.
