Research On The Current Situation And Guidance Of Leisure Life Style Of Higher Vocational College Students

Leisure in today's society has gradually become an important indicator of a country's level of productivity development,but also become an important measure of social civilization.Simply speaking,leisure life style means the tools,means,methods and ways for people to have leisure.The content of the leisure activities is different,which reflects the different life style of the participants.College students are faced with the problem of choosing what kind of life to live besides the time of class.The choice of leisure life style of college students is an important factor of college students' success,and it is also related to the cultivation of young talents by our country and nation.It is an important task for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities to guide the leisure life of college students in the new era.Paying attention to the leisure life of contemporary university students,exploring the problems existing in the leisure life style of contemporary university students,trying to carry out research from the perspective of ideological and political education,and putting forward countermeasures to guide the healthy leisure of university students,it is of great practical significance to promote college students' all-round and healthy growth in virtue,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor,and to promote their all-round development.As general secretary Xi Jinping has emphasized,higher vocational education is an important part of China's national education system,training a large number of professional and technical personnel for China's real economy.The leisure life style of higher vocational college students should be paid more attention to.From the perspective of ideological and political education,this study focuses on the current situation and guidance of leisure lifestyle of vocational college students.The full text is divided into five parts:introduction,theoretical interpretation,analysis of the situation,reasons for exploration,countermeasures.The first part is introduction.Including research purposes and significance,research status at home and abroad,the content and methods of this paper,the article's innovation and deficiencies.The second part explains the connotation of leisure,life style,leisure life style and leisure life style of higher vocational college students from the theoretical level.It also tries to explain the significance of ideological and political education in guiding collegestudents to form a healthy leisure life style.The third part,empirical research.A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the leisure lifestyle of higher vocational college students in liaoning province.The questionnaire is focused on five dimensions of leisure activities,leisure time,leisure motivation,leisure needs,leisure consumption to investigate the status of leisure life of vocational college students.Through the analysis of the survey results,and summed up the current situation of leisure lifestyle of higher vocational college students.The fourth part,on the basis of the questionnaire,try to analyze the main characteristics,problems and influencing factors of the leisure life style of vocational college students.This paper sums up the main characteristics and problems of the leisure life style of higher vocational college students from five aspects: The form of daily leisure activities,leisure time,the satisfaction of leisure needs,the motivation and function of leisure,and leisure consumption.And further analysis from the social environment,higher vocational college environment,family environment,personal factors and other four aspects of higher vocational college students leisure lifestyle factors.The fifth part,based on the investigation results and the analysis of the reasons,discusses the specific countermeasures of the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges to guide the college students to form a healthy leisure lifestyle.First of all,it summarizes the basic principles that should be adhered to in guiding the leisure life of higher vocational college students.Secondly,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to guide college students to form a healthy leisure life style: to guide students to form a healthy leisure view,to optimize and enrich campus leisure culture;We should perfect the curriculum system of leisure education for college students,construct a multilevel leisure education system,work with their parents to attach importance to the child discipline of leisure life style,and exercise and improve their self-management ability.
