A Study On The Index System And Influencing Factors Of Coaching Ability Of Basic-level Coaches

The coaching ability of coaches affects the competitive level of individual athletes and the whole team,and coaches play a crucial role in an excellent sports team.However,nowadays,the vagueness of multiple indicators and influencing factors of coaches' coaching ability has become the primary problem in the improvement of coaches' coaching ability at the grassroots level in China.On this basis,this study takes the coaching ability of basic-level coaches as the research object,and coaches of sports schools in yantai region as the specific investigation object,analyzes the coaching ability and influencing factors of basic-level coaches,and defines the direction of improvement of basic-level coaches' coaching ability.By inviting 19 sports training domain experts,using Delphi method to expert questionnaires to collect expert opinion,for further questionnaire indexes finishing and modified,so as to determine the grass-roots coaches coaching ability index system,and finally USES the factor analysis method to the grass-roots coaches coaching ability factors identified as six dimensions,the following specific conclusions:1.The coaching ability system of basic-level coaches includes 34 index elements.2.Factors influencing the coaching ability of grassroots coaches were determined as 6 dimensions by factor analysis.They are: training ability,competition command ability,management ability,innovation and scientific research ability,interpersonal communication ability and self-improvement ability.3.The linear regression analysis of base-level coaches' coaching ability and six sub-competencies shows that the six sub-competencies have a positive influence on base-level coaches' coaching ability,among which the training ability has the most significant influence.
