With the deepening of the integration of sports and education in China,the barriers between sports and education have been gradually broken,and the sports department and the education department have cooperated to form a competitive sports reserve talent training model with Chinese characteristics.As the most solid foundation of the whole coach group,the grass-roots badminton coaches play an important role in the development of badminton and the cultivation of excellent reserve talents.In this study,the two-factor model of ’ task performance and relationship performance ’ proposed by Borman was selected as the theoretical basis,and the job performance structure model of grassroots badminton coaches was selected as the research object.The job performance structure model of grassroots badminton coaches was constructed by means of interviews,questionnaires and mathematical statistics.The final conclusions are as follows :1.The work performance structure model of grassroots badminton coaches constructed in this study is a second-order five-factor model,which is embodied in the first-order four-factor second-order one-factor.The first-order four-factor is composed of task performance,development performance,adaptability performance and relationship performance,and the second-order is converged into one factor-work performance.The results of this study can provide a more reliable theoretical basis for the current performance evaluation and performance management of grassroots badminton coaches.2.Using expert interviews and questionnaires and other research methods,the ’grass-roots badminton coaches ’ job performance evaluation structure scale ’ has a total of 34 items.After four rounds of exploratory factor analysis,the results show that the grass-roots badminton coaches ’ job performance structure model is divided into four dimensions.The results of the reliability test show that the dimensions of the model have good internal consistency.The results of the confirmatory factor analysis show that the adaptation indicators of the model meet the specified standards.3.Task performance has the highest contribution to the overall work performance of grassroots badminton coaches,which directly affects the core technical activities within the organization to a large extent.The contribution rate of development performance is second only to the contribution rate of task performance,which means that grassroots coaches must pay attention to their own comprehensive learning and apply what they have learned to their work.4.Adaptive performance is selected into the performance evaluation model of grassroots badminton coaches constructed in this study with a separate performance dimension.The selection of this dimension fully shows that under the background of the integration of sports and education in China,grassroots badminton coaches should show their adaptability in psychology,emotion and ability with the continuous change of working environment,the continuous improvement of work requirements and the continuous improvement of organizational goals.
