Research On The Influencing Factors And Promotion Strategies Of Grassroots Sports Association’s Ability To Serve Society

Objective: Grassroots sports association refers to the following at the county level(township/town/street/community)sports social organizations,in accordance with the approved by the civil affairs department registration and establishment,by the competent administrative department for physical culture and sports as a business unit of autonomous management,to achieve the common aspiration of the members,in accordance with its articles of association,a nonprofit social organizations for the purpose of sports.Through investigation and analysis of the current situation of grassroots sports associations’ ability to serve the society,this study discusses the influencing factors and strategies for improving grassroots sports associations’ ability to serve the society.In order to better provide support and guarantee for the implementation of the Healthy China strategy and the national fitness strategy,to ensure that the new era of sports social organizations in the national health service governance system to do something and retain vitality.Methods: Firstly,the present situation of grassroots sports associations in 15 counties and cities of Fujian province is analyzed by means of interview and field investigation.Secondly,through the self-compiled questionnaire on the social service ability of grassroots sports associations,the content and current situation of the social service ability are explored.Then,under the framework of the three-circle theory,the author compiled the questionnaire on the influencing factors of the social service ability of grassroots sports associations,and analyzed the strategies for improving the social service ability of grassroots sports associations.Results:(I)The current construction status of grassroots sports associations is as follows: the materialized construction is constantly strengthened,the government cultivation mechanism is more and more perfect,the elderly sports associations are developing rapidly,and the social sports instructor associations are getting more and more attention.(2)The self-compiled Questionnaire on the ability of grassroots sports associations to serve the society can be used as an effective measuring tool.The content of the ability of grassroots sports associations to serve the society includes three aspects: scientific fitness guidance,carrying out activities and competitions,and assisting physique monitoring.(3)The questionnaire on influential Factors of grassroots sports Associations’ ability to serve the society compiled by referring to the three-circle theory analysis framework can be used as an effective measuring tool;The research shows that the influencing factors of grassroots sports associations’ ability to serve the society are mainly manifested in three aspects: feelings and sense of mission,fund raising and public relations ability,and elite group support.(4)In combination with the "value-ability-support" analysis framework of the three-circle theory,feelings and sense of mission,fund raising and public relations ability,and elite group support are taken as independent variables to explore the predictive power of grassroots sports associations to serve the society through regression analysis.The results show that feelings and sense of mission,fund raising and public relations ability can significantly improve the ability to serve society,especially feelings and sense of mission.
