| In recent years,the introduction of excellent traditional culture into the campus has been called the ‘Guben' Project and the Casting Spirit Project.However,in practice,many schools have encountered problems such as lack of teaching materials,emphasis on knowledge,neglect of interest,and difficulty in connecting.As a programming software that develops students' computational thinking and problem-solving skills,Scratch has gradually entered the classrooms of primary and secondary school.Whereas in the teaching,teachers usually only provide students with programming opportunities,and the teaching methods for cultivating students' problem-solving skills are not perfect.Faced with this situation,this study is based on the students from Junior Middle School Cultural Maker Community in Foshan Third Middle School and carry out case study and practical research on gamification learning programming courses incorporating local cultural elements,with a view to enhancing students' sense of identity with local culture and interest in learning programming,and also promoting the construction of school-based curriculum.This thesis is divided into five parts: firstly,the background,purpose,significance,research methods and research status at home and abroad are introduced.Secondly,the related concepts of gamification learning and programming education and the teaching theory based on teaching research are clarified.Then through the student questionnaire and teacher interviews,I learned the current teaching situation of the junior high school programming classroom,and learned about the local culture of Foshan through the research;then proposed the gamification learning programming teaching program integrated into the local culture,based on the teaching plan.Designed different teaching examples of gamification learning,and introduced them in two typical cases,namely,the ‘Dragon Boat Race' team cooperation learning programming case ‘Ceramic Practice Mud Experience' to explore competitive learning programming cases;and then teaching practice and results analysis,the results of the analysis mainly through the evaluation of the teachers,students questionnaires and interviews to understand the students' interest in learning,recognition of local culture,mastery of programming knowledge and cooperative learning ability.This is the summary and outlook of the study.The results show that: Firstly,the gamification programming curriculum integrated into the local culture enhances students' interest in learning and makes students more active in the classroom.Secondly,the gamification programming curriculum that incorporates local culture promotes students' recognition of local culture,enhances their cultural self-confidence and cultural pride,and opens up a cultural vision.Thirdly,the gamification programming curriculum that incorporates local culture enriches the construction of programming school-based curriculum.Fourthly,the gamification programming that incorporates local culture is suitable for students with better programming skills. |
