Education,as the foundation of a country and the foundation of a strong country,has always been highly valued by the country,especially in recent years,with the rapid development of economy,the state's investment in education has been increasing.Under the ardent expectation of "looking forward to the success of a child" and "hoping for a woman to become a Phoenix",with the continuous improvement of people's income level,it has become the consensus of the majority of parents that their children should not be allowed to lose on the starting line.With the demand,the out-of-school education and training industry arises at the historic moment.In particular,the extracurricular training market in primary and secondary schools,as an important part of it,has developed rapidly with the support of national policies and the promotion of economic environment.However,due to the lack of supervision and other reasons,there are all kinds of chaos in the training market,such as the price war to maliciously strive for market share by lowering prices,"copying and pasting" the homogeneous operation of training courses of other training institutions,earning a sum of "fast money" regardless of long-term development-paying attention to short-term benefits and other problems emerge one after another.How to "survive" in the fierce market competition and continue to achieve sustainable development is a severe test that extracurricular training institutions in primary and secondary schools are generally facing.X training institutions,as one of them,are also facing the same problem.For this reason,this paper aims to use the relevant theories of competitive strategy and previous research results,using the methods of literature research,case analysis,investigation and inductive analysis,and using the classical PEST analysis model,to analyze the external macro environment of X training institutions,and draw a conclusion that the current external macro environment can promote the development of education and training institutions.Using Porter's five forces model,this paper analyzes the external industrial environment of X training institutions,and obtains the relationship between the five forces in the external industrial environment;based on the analysis of the internal resources and their own capabilities of X training institutions,using the value chain model to analyze the value chain activities of X training institutions,it is concluded that X training institutions have certain advantages in the internal environment,but there are still some problems.Through the above analysis,this paper puts forward a more suitable competitive strategy for X training institutions-differentiation strategy.based on this,the implementation path of its competitive strategy is designed from four aspects: differential brand construction,differentiated teaching material research and development,differentiated online teaching and differentiated service mode.Among them,combined with the current college entrance examination policy changes,put forward to create a regional science training well-known brand image,build a "science No.1" incubation center of differentiated brand construction,and for girls this market segment,put forward the construction of "science girls No.1" this product is a major innovation of this article.Aiming at the implementation of the differentiation strategy,the strategy of X training institutions is guaranteed and supported from four aspects: corporate culture,organizational structure,human resources and financial funds.In order to make X training institutions survive in the market competition,continue to become bigger and stronger,and get considerable development.At the same time,it is hoped to provide reference and practical reference for the formulation of the competitive strategy of the corresponding extracurricular education and training institutions in primary and secondary schools.There are 8 pictures,12 tables and 50 references in this paper.
