As the largest influential foreign language training institution in Mudanjiang and even inHeilongjiang province, Feichang Foreign Language Training Institution has got outstandingachievements and obtained the well-known brand with great influence since it was establishedin1995. However, as the competition of foreign language training market is more and morefurious, Feichang Foreign Language Training Institutio is faced with great threat andbottleneck. How to survive in the constantly changing environment and develop rapidlyamong foreign language training institutions at home and abroad is a severe problem ofFeichang Foreign Language Training Institutio to be solved urgently.Based on modern strategic theory and present situation and the existing problems offoreign language training institutions in Mudanjiang and the whole country, this paper studiedthe development strategies of Feichang Foreign Language Training Institution systematically.By analyzing the internal and external environment factor in depth, including the marketsupply and demand analysis, environmental analysis of Feichang Foreign Language TrainingInstitution, we applied the method of SWOT to formulate and select the developmentstrategy which is suitable for Feichang Foreign Language Training Institution, including theconstruction of core competitiveness by the differentiation focus strategy, expanding theinfluence through the implementation of brand strategy, building a training tycoon inimplementing the expansion of chain strategy. Then we had a further research on theimplementation and control of development strategies and analyzed the development strategicproblems of Feichang Foreign Language Training Institution deeply and comprehensively.
