In recent years,society and parents have paid more and more attention to the cultivation of children's qualities.The rise of private quality training industry has gradually become an indispensable part of the quality education industry.Improving the quality of teaching services of private quality education and training institutions has been put on the agenda.The research object of this article is a private quality education and training institution in Henan Province dedicated to the cultivation of children's broadcasting.As a small and medium-sized enterprise in the quality training industry,how can the company seize market opportunities,use its own advantages,and resist the increasingly fierce industry competition in the future to make the company sustainable and healthy development?The importance of the choice of competitive strategy for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is self-evident.The author uses management theory knowled ge and tools for resear ch and analysis.First,,use the PEST analysis model and Porter mdustry competition structure analysis to analyze the external anvironm ent of the company is depth,combine the industry developm ent trends and opportunities,and summarize the key success factors in the industnr,second,combine the company's development history and current situation,master The internal aspects of the enterprise were analyzed in four aspects:resources,ability level and core competitiveaess;then,based on the internal advantages and disadvantages of the enterpose and the opportunities and threats faced outside the enterprise,the SWOT analysis method was used to comprehensively analyze the various portfolio strategies of the enterprise,combined with the enterprise mission vision Reasonable competitive strategic plan,and make detailed implemeatation and gmarantee of the strategic plan to emsure the implanentation of the strategy.This article takes the enterprise's strategic management theory as the main guiding ideology combined with the actual situation,and makes a specific reserch and anaysis of the internal and external environment and its own characteristics that the company faces.It is concluded that at the current stage of the compamy's development,it is necessary to seize market oppartunities consolidate and upgrade high-quality professional services,and expand its scale to ensure its core competitiveness and resist the increasingly serions competition threats from the industry in the future.Combined with the company's advantages and market opportunities,it has formulated a service differentiation strategy for it,guiding the company's mannagement to focus on improving the company's service capabilities,strengthening the company's internal management,improving the financial management system,and optimizing the organizational structure to match the compamy's devdopmmt at this stage.Purpose To improve the company's current disadvantantages,etc.This research will help the company's future sustainable development,expand the beneficiary groups,and contribute to the qualty education in Henan.
