Nowadays,as an important means of management and supervision,educational evaluation is becoming more and more important.As the core force of educational evaluation,it is of great significance for the professional development of educational evaluation to study the professionalization of evaluators.The qualification certification of evaluators is a scientific,effective and unified management of all aspects of the ability of evaluators.It has long been highly valued in European and American countries,and many countries have begun to explore a strict certification system for evaluators.However,the research on the theory and practice of the qualification certification of evaluators in China,especially the research on the specialization of educational evaluators,is still in its infancy,and the certification system has not been established and implemented.By contrast,Canada is the first country in the world to formally implement professional qualification certification,and the certification system design is relatively perfect,which has a profound impact on the world.This paper takes Canada as the research object.First of all,on the basis of sorting out the development status of educational evaluation and professional evaluation personnel at home and abroad,it analyzes the introduction process of evaluation personnel qualification certification in Canada,and understands the connotation and mode of evaluation personnel qualification certification.It is found that the qualification certification of evaluators in Canada is not made subjectively,but is an objective understanding obtained by consulting and investigating a wide range of public opinions.Secondly,it focuses on the process of planning and promoting the certification of evaluators in Canada.Through in-depth discussion of its certification,it is found that the qualification certification of evaluators in Canada has been specified in detail and strictly in terms of application conditions,audit process and specific certification standards.At the same time,the certification standard is mainly oriented by the three aspects of "practical ability standard,professional evaluation standard and professional ethics standard",which covers theknowledge,sentiment and behavior of evaluation personnel.Paper finally,evaluation personnel qualified to Canada operation and possible difficulties are analyzed,at the same time,summed up the evaluation personnel qualifications from a Canada do preparation,application for certification,standard content to the operation of the main characteristics,it is concluded that to improve our country personnel professional level the significance of the development of the education evaluation,and get enlightenment,in order to the further development of China's education evaluation of professional personnel to provide the reference.
