Research On The Development Mechanism And Path Of Characteristic Sports And Leisure Town In Hunan Province

With the fast development of supply-side reform in China,constructing sports and leisure town is a new form of integrated development of sports industry and leisure tourism industry,and it becomes an important carrier of sports industry development.It is an important measure to facilitate precision support and new-type urbanization construction,and it is of great significance to the promotion of national fitness and the construction of "Healthy China".In May 2017,the general administration of sport of China proposed the construction of sports and leisure characteristic towns,and selected the first batch of pilot towns with sports and leisure characteristics in China.Five small towns in Hunan province were selected successfully.Five small towns in Hunan Province were successfully selected.This paper uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method and other research methods to study the development of sports and leisure towns in Hunan Province from the definition of the basic concepts of sports characteristics and towns,and analyze its connotation,background and The significance,in-depth analysis of the development mechanism of the town and the bottleneck of development,on this basis,put forward the path of the development of sports and leisure towns in Hunan Province.The results show that:1.The sports and leisure towns in Hunan Province mainly include four types:competition type,industrial type,leisure type and recreation type.Because the development of the town is subject to excessive administrative intervention by the government,the builders have deviations from the positioning of the town,lack of scientific guidance for the construction of the town,and there is a phenomenon of blind development.There are some problems in the development of sports and leisure characteristic towns,such as the key business of the town is not prominent,the operation and management of the town is imperfect,the town's production and city integration is insufficient,the town's sports characteristic industry value chain is not formed,and the town's characteristic planning orientation Inaccuracies,the real estate trend of the town and other issues.2.The development of sports and leisure towns in Hunan Province should adhere to the following path:(1)highlight the key formats of sports and leisure towns,enhance the innovation of towns' product projects,and enrich the carrier projects of small towns;(2)upgrade the town The ability of operation management,increase the intensity of propaganda,pay attention to the branding and promotion of products,and prevent the tendency of real estate;(3)promote the integration of production cities and build industrial value chains,thegovernment should strengthen the support and management;(4)Science Planning,cultivating multiple entities to participate in the construction of the town,and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the town.The research on the development mechanism and ways of sports and leisure towns in Hunan Province not only enriches the theoretical system of town construction,but also provides theoretical support for the long-term development of the town's science.It also provides some reference opinions for government enterprises and related sports departments to participate in the construction of small towns with sports and leisure characteristics.
