Study On The Development Path Of Sports Characteristic Towns In Yunnan Province

In the construction system of a well-off society,small towns with sports characteristics occupy an important position and are the key driving force to promote "healthy China",new urbanization and poverty alleviation;On the basis of integrating various resource elements,sports characteristic town excavates cultural connotation and improves the sports industry chain.It is not only a comprehensive functional area integrating many factors such as health,sports,entertainment,culture,elderly care and leisure,but also a guarantee platform to achieve the goal of comprehensive and healthy development.In recent years,the attention and support of domestic government agencies for the construction of sports characteristic towns have been increasing.In order to ensure the efficiency and stability of the construction,a series of guiding policies and relevant requirements have been put forward.In strict accordance with the policy requirements and in combination with the actual situation of local development,Yunnan Provincial Sports Bureau starts the construction of sports characteristic towns from the perspective of the overall situation.The construction of sports characteristic towns in Yunnan Province has entered a new stage,and there is an urgent need for a long-term and healthy development model.Using the method of literature,this paper combs the relevant literature of sports characteristic towns and analyzes the research status at home and abroad.Using the research methods of field investigation and interview,this paper makes a field investigation on the sports characteristic towns in Yunnan Province,interviews the town managers,investigates and analyzes the indicators of the economic foundation dimension,characteristic dimension,industrial dimension and management dimension of the sports characteristic towns in Yunnan Province by using the evaluation index system of Chinese sports towns 1.0,and explores the deficiencies in the current development of the sports characteristic towns in Yunnan Province by counting the score rate of each dimension,This paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward the optimal path for the development of sports characteristic towns in Yunnan Province.The main conclusions are as follows:（1）Yunnan Province provides policy support and good economic conditions for the construction and development of sports towns.At the same time,the local cultural,ecological and transportation conditions in Yunnan Province provide power for the development of sports characteristic towns in Yunnan Province.（2）The sports industry is weak and the sports tourism industry is lack of competitiveness;Financing difficulties of small towns with sports characteristics;The imperfect management mechanism of sports industry is a potential threat to the development of sports characteristic towns in Yunnan Province.（3）The basic dimensions of sports towns in Yunnan Province are well developed,the location conditions are superior,the living environment is very suitable,the public services meet the needs of tourists and residents,and the infrastructure is perfect;The safety conditions in the management dimension meet the standard requirements.（4）The problems of sports characteristic towns in Yunnan Province are as follows: sports characteristics are not prominent;Insufficient brand promotion;Lack of integration between industry and city,maintaining and forming a complete sports value industry chain;Insufficient comprehensive management capacity;The planning and design are not in-depth;The talent security system is not perfect.（5）The development optimization path of building a sports characteristic town in Yunnan Province is as follows: cultivating characteristic sports industry and increasing brand culture publicity;Promote industrial integration and build a whole process sports industry chain;Improve the top-level design and specify the sustainable development model;Establish and improve the fitness tourism service system and improve the operation and management ability;Improve infrastructure and attract talents.
