Research On Talents Training Of Secondary Vocational Education Based On Tourism Development Demand

Under the environment of vigorous development of tourism industry,China's tourism vocational education system is constantly improving,and the quality of talents is constantly improving.In the development of tourism,tourism talents are the core and tourism education is the key.Secondary vocational education focuses on training technical service talents.At present,the secondary tourism vocational education model in China is difficult to meet the needs of multi-level tourism talents in the new era of tourism industry transformation and upgrading.Therefore,in order to grasp the best opportunity of tourism development and meet the needs of industry development,we should follow the law of education,timely adjust the way of personnel training,understand the market demand,and determine the training objectives.In recent years,many professional scholars in our country have studied the training of Vocational education,but they have not combined with the laws and characteristics of the development of Vocational Education in our country,so that they still stay at the theoretical level.Now the country has increased its support for secondary Tourism Vocational education,hoping to study more factors related to vocational education in personnel training,teachers and professional construction,and to learn from foreign experience in Tourism Vocational education,so that secondary vocational education in China can better provide talent support for tourism development.But at present,there are not many investigations and studies on how to improve the problems encountered in secondary tourism vocational school education in our country.So this paper,based on literature review and educational theory,combs and summarizes the current characteristics of foreign tourism vocational education model,such as personnel training objectives,teachers and so on,and finds out that the training of secondary Tourism Vocational Education in our country is in progress.The existing shortcomings,and propose solutions.
