In the global socio-economic field,tourism has gradually become a most popular consumer activity since the 21 st century.China's share in the world tourism market becomes higher and higher.The demand of people for tourism and leisure continues to grow.The rapid development of the tourism industry sets new requirements for the cultivation of tourism talents.China has given more attention to the development of the integration of vocational education with industry in recent years.The reform and development of vocational education is regarded as a strategic focus.Among them,the proportion of the talents trained by the secondary vocational education system in the whole industrial chain background is always the largest.The intermediate talents always occupy the largest proportion of workers in the context of the whole industrial chain.It is a viable method for tourism enterprises to participate in secondary vocational education.However,due to various reasons,there are still various difficulties for enterprises to participate in vocational education.Therefore,it is very meaningful to encourage enterprises to participate in secondary vocational education on the basis of safeguarding the interests of many parties.This study bases on two theories: the stakeholder theory and the corporate social responsibility theory.Drawing on the successful experience in vocational education of countries with a long history of development,such as Germany,Britain,Switzerland and Australia,this paper uses three methods of literature,investigation and comparative analysis.By sending questionnaires to students of several secondary vocational colleges in Zhengzhou and Kaifeng,Henan Province,and interviewing the heads of tourism enterprises,the corresponding staff in the school and the experts in vocational education,this paper analyzes the effectiveness of tourism professional education in some secondary vocational colleges.From three aspects of school,enterprise and government,this paper analyzes the reasons why tourism enterprises are not willing to participate in secondary vocational education and lack of motivation.In addition,this study offers corresponding proposals from the three levels of government,enterprise and school.The school should strengthen collaboration and cooperation,build a "double-qualified" faculty,improve the teaching environment and teaching methods,and enhance the comprehensive quality of secondary vocational students.The enterprises should highlight their dominant position,strive to explore the road of "enterprise running schools",vigorously enhance the sense of social responsibility,and actively participate in the teaching management of vocational schools.The government should ensure its leading position,establish and improve the legal system for enterprises to participate in vocational education,implement the encouraging policies for enterprises to participate in vocational education,and take the lead in building a platform for the connection between industry and education.In the end,the research conclusion is drawn: We should see that it is a long-term process to realize the integration of industry and education in secondary vocational education,and we cannot blindly copy foreign experience.In the process of tourism enterprises participating in Vocational Education,only when the government's guidance role is fully exerted to coordinate the relationship between tourism enterprises,schools and students,can we promote the development of the integration of industry and education in vocational education more effectively.By exploring the ways and methods of the integration of tourism enterprises and secondary vocational education in the future,tourism enterprises are encouraged to actively participate in secondary vocational education,and cultivate high-quality and high-quality secondary tourism talents for the tourism industry,then gradually move towards the only way to achieve the integration of industry and education,which named "enterprise run school".Finally,we can achieve a win-win situation in the field of industry and education,and finally achieve the ideal state of integration of industry and education.
