In the new era,the transformation from a sports power to a sports power cannot be achieved without the cultivation and output of sports talents.As a major province of national education,physical education teaching is a major with more enrollment of physical education subjects and a relatively representative specialized master's subject.However,the employment situation of postgraduate students majoring in physical education in hunan province is not optimistic at present.Through literature research,questionnaire survey and mathematical analysis,the employment status and influencing factors of students enrolled in five schools offering physical education major in hunan province from 2013 to 2018 were investigated and analyzed.The second employment status survey includes the "pre-employment self-cognition","employment intention and vocational ability" and "satisfaction with the current training program".Graduates' "grasp of human capital and social capital","employment destination" and "employment quality" survey;The employer conducted a survey on "job evaluation of hunan P.E.master graduates employed in recent three years" and "qualities paid attention to when selecting and hiring P.E.master graduates in hunan province".Influence factors analysis through the questionnaire survey results and practical experience,factors influencing factors can be dividedinto natural factor,human capital and social capital factors in three categories,using the Logit regression model,the empirical analysis in partial likelihood estimation to be the biggest likelihood ratio statistic probability value as judgment variable eliminate the basis of a model or not.After comprehensive investigation and analysis,the following five conclusions can be drawn: 1)students' value orientation is utilitarian and their vocational skills are not fully grasped;2)the scientific nature of curriculum setting needs to be improved,and the "double tutor" responsibility system needs to be implemented;3)there is an obvious gap between employment reality and employment expectation,and employment satisfaction is low;4)the employer has good evaluation and desires for "double" talents of IQ and EQ;5)the employment situation is comprehensively affected by multiple factors,with human capital taking the dominant position.According to the above conclusions,relevant Suggestions are put forward from the three aspects of training units,individual students and the society,providing relevant references for training units to train high-quality PE teaching professionals,graduate students to strengthen their comprehensive quality,and the society to promote the realization of higher quality employment.
