In 2012,Shanghai took the lead in launching the reform of the specialized curriculum of physical education in senior high schools.In 2015,Shanghai carried out the reform of "interest in primary schools and diversification in junior high schools".Through pilot projects,the purpose of the reform is to closely combine curriculum objectives with curriculum practice.Change the traditional physical education teaching material content allocation mode and teaching organization form,meticulously design the teaching content and innovate the teaching method and means.This also puts forward new requirements for the teaching of physical education teachers.Track and field curriculum,as the main course of physical education specialty,has followed the traditional education mode for a long time.The track and field course is mainly based on competitive technology,and the track and field curriculum is based on competitive technology.The main methods restrict track and field teaching,which is not conducive to the training of teachers and the adaptation of physical education students to the reform of basic education physical education curriculum in Shanghai.This study adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics,etc.,from the training objectives,teachers,teaching contents,teaching methods,etc.This paper investigates the present situation of track and field courses of physical education specialty in Shanghai from five aspects,such as assessment and evaluation.On the basis of mastering the first-hand data,this paper summarizes and sums up the influencing factors of track and field courses of physical education specialty in colleges and universities in Shanghai.Through the analysis of the related problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the track and field courses of physical education majors in Shanghai,so as to provide reference and help for the good development of track and field courses of physical education majors.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:1.The teaching resources of track and field courses in three colleges and universities in Shanghai are perfect,the professional titles of teachers are reasonable,the structure of academic qualifications is reasonable,and the teaching experience is rich,which meets the teaching and research of track and field courses of physical education specialty.2.The track and field courses of physical education major in three colleges and universities in Shanghai meet the training requirements of students,and the teaching process is carried out according to the syllabus.The teaching content arrangement is basically the same,in line with the professional positioning,reflecting the basic attributes of track and field events.At the same time,according to the orientation of our school for talent training,the content arrangement is more scientific and reasonable.3.In the practical content of track and field curriculum of physical education specialty,Shanghai normal University lacks the arrangement of class hours in practical links,which is not conducive to the cultivation of students' teaching skills.4.Most of the students majoring in physical education in three colleges and universities in Shanghai think that the teaching method of track and field course in our school is unreasonable,and the traditional teaching method is still used,and the teaching method is more competitive.5.In the examination form of track and field courses of physical education major in three colleges and universities in Shanghai,the final evaluation is emphasized,the pluralistic evaluation is lack,and the process evaluation and relative evaluation are not paid enough attention to.
