Research On The Countermeasures Of Social Sharing Of University Sports Facilities Resources In Ningbo

With China's economic development,social progress,and people's living standards are increasing,people's demand for health is increasing.However,China's sports ground resources are quite limited,and per capita possession is low,and China's college sports stadium resources are relatively open to the outside world,and resources are idle.And the situation of low site utilization is more common.Therefore,it is particularly important to promote the opening of school sports facilities,solve the problem of opening stadium facilities to the society,and give full play to the practical significance of social benefits.This study uses literature,expert interviews,questionnaires and other methods to investigate and analyze the relevant orientations of college sports venues in Ningbo.We choose three representative universities as the research case,generalize the common characteristics of related problems in colleges and universities,and analyze the existing problems of social sharing of stadium resources in colleges and universities,put forward good models,sharing methods and implementation plans in line with the current development,in order to provide reference for the innovation and optimization of social sharing of stadium resources in Ningbo and even in China,the main conclusions are as follows:1.The social sharing case of college field resources in Ningbo presents common problems,and based on the typical case analysis of college sports stadium resources in Ningbo,it is typical of type and regional distribution.Combing the common problems of school sports venues sharing,the degree and quality of opening to the society is not high.It is mainly reflected in the awareness,resources,services and security of the venue opening to the society.2.The problems of social sharing of stadium resources in Ningbo university has been proved: based on the analysis of typical cases,experts agree on the sharing of university venues,sorted by the degree of problem are:operation management problems,safety and stability problems,ideology problems,venue service problems,operating expenses problems and venue location problems.3.The problems of sharing can be solved through corresponding countermeasures: given the problems,the countermeasures and suggestions for opening college sports stadium resources to the public are put forward.Firstly,set up the sense of sharing,reposition;Secondly,use multi-subject collaborative governance to achieve diversification of venue operation mode;Thirdly,committed to the professional management and avoidance of relevant security risks;Fourthly,rely on the school funds mainly while the government social market compensates for the auxiliary;Finally,clarify the policy of opening university venues,promoting the comprehensive opening of venues and the late evaluation.
