Research On Paid Social Services Of College Sports Venues

As quasi-public goods,the stadiums and gymnasiums in colleges and universities not only meet the needs of the schools themselves,but also serve the society.China's national fitness program(2016-2020)clearly states that "public schools should actively create conditions to open their stadiums and gymnasiums to the public." But at present,the construction and maintenance of college sports venues in China rely on the single investment of the state,which obviously cannot meet the growing social needs.If free supply is provided to the public,it will inevitably lead to excessive consumption,resulting in overloading of venues or shortage of supply.Therefore,appropriate charges should be made to limit the number of consumers.It is necessary and reasonable to open the stadiums and gymnasiums with compensation.In the process of the construction and development of colleges and universities in Qingdao,the gymnasium is a very important facility and an important material carrier for teachers and students to engage in physical exercise,study and life as well as outdoor sports.At the same time,more and more social abilities and functions are being taken on by college sports venues.For example,some enterprises and institutions of the activities and competitions and schools around the public fitness exercise.Under this development trend and social needs,the large-scale construction of stadiums by the government and schools is bound to bring pressure on human,financial and material resources.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the contradiction between supply and demand of sports facilities in the current society through the construction of sports facilities,which can also make up for the lack of funds in sports facilities to the greatest extent.Based on this,this article comprehensively uses the literature,interview,questionnaire and logic analysis methods to conduct research,combines the current construction and opening of stadiums and universities in Qingdao to investigate,and analyzes the current socially paid services of colleges and stadiums.In the end,we will finally explore a policy suitable for social paid services in colleges and universities,and finally give reasonable and effective measures and suggestions.The research in this paper shows that:(1)the current Qingdao university sports venues are mostly open to the community,but the main object of the open is still students,many schools do not really face the whole society.(2)the current social university sports venues open to the community is necessary,but also the inevitable trend of the development of the whole society.(3)At present,the management of sports stadiums in colleges and universities is difficult for each school.Whether it is human or financialresources,it is necessary to further explore and apply scientific management methods;(4)The interview data show that at present,Most college physical education teachers have a more positive attitude towards socially paid services for sports venues.(5)currently,the construction of sports venues in colleges and universities in Qingdao is still relatively perfect,and some of them already have the management mode.Physical education teachers should be paid to undertake more teaching,management and service work.
