A Study On The Influence Of Family Education Factors In Senior Middle School Class Construction

By researching into one class in a senior school in Shanxi province, on itsorganization building and the family education of some students in the class, theauthor analyzes some class organizing questions related to the organization system,organization culture and organization material and spiritual environment as a resultof family education factors. Then the author found that the concept of familyeducation, education methods and education environment have relevant effects onthe class organization construction. In view of the above questions, this research putforward some measures in establishing a scientific concept, adopting appropriatemethods, cultivating excellent environment and improving home-school cooperationmechanism. By this means, we hope we can provide help and advice to build theideal class group; at the same time, we also hope that the family and society can befully aware of the importance of Education Science and its importance, which canmake the family education, social education and school education to give full play totheir benefits, to achieve the ultimate goal of management activities.
