Research On Sustainable Development Of Ningbo Primary School Football Characteristic School

The sustainable development of youth football is of great significance to the development of football in our country.This paper is based on the perspective of common development,coordinated development,fair development,multi-dimensional development and high efficiency development of Ningbo characteristic schools,and adopts the method of literature and materials.The sustainable development of 15 national adolescent football characteristic primary schools in Ningbo was investigated by questionnaire,interview and on-the-spot survey.The investigation found that the sustainable development of the characteristic school of football in Ningbo has the following problems: uneven distribution of school segment and geography of campus football;general support of society,family and school for campus football;lack of teachers,venues and funds;Lack of schoolbased football teaching materials and football recess;training time and times are not guaranteed;opportunities to participate in high-level events;weak transfer of reserve talent.In order to promote the development of campus football,cultivate more outstanding football reserve talents in the campus,perfect the training system of Chinese football talents,and promote the sustainable development of campus football,this paper tries to put forward the corresponding sustainable development strategy.For the next review Get ready.The main sustainable development strategies are as follows:(1)At the level of government,we should plan the campus football school reasonably from geography and school section distribution,adjust the "check-up" standard of campus football,set up the monitoring mechanism of campus football,and guarantee the social football norm to enter the campus.To increase the investment of the special fund of campus football and promote the reasonable competition of the characteristic school of football through the fund support of the difference;Improve the competition system through multi-dimension,increase the number of participants,participate in the group,promote the harmonious development of campus football,multi-dimensional development and fair development.(2)At the social level,we should expand the media publicity,enhance the social support for football,give play to the social forces,provide funds for campus football,guarantee teachers and venues,and promote the common development of campus football and social football.(3)At the school level,set up the campus football supervision group,promote the standardization of campus football work,strictly check the venue equipment,to ensure the safety of campus football;We should strictly control the scientific selection of materials,pay attention to the construction of echelon,design football school-based teaching materials,courses,large recess,strengthen teacher training and improve football teaching efficiency through the ways of football special recruitment,campus league selection and physical education class selection,strictly control scientific material selection and pay attention to the construction of echelon;Carry out scientific training and competition,improve the school league system,let more students participate in campus football activities;In order to promote the harmonious development,efficient development and multi-dimensional development of campus football,the logistics support should be strengthened,and the special fund of campus football should be reasonably allocated through the adjustment of multi-dimensional funds.
