The Study Of Campus Sport Characteristic Development Paths On Secondary School In Ningbo City Based On SWOT Analysis

In order to promote the extensive development of sunshine sports and comprehensively improve students' physical health,according to the Notice of the Department of Education and Sports Bureau of Zhejiang Provincial on Carrying out the characteristic Sports Program,Ningbo City has promoted the sports program since 2007.Schools have set up characteristic sports programs,carried out the characteristic teaching of sports,organized extracurricular activities of sports and cultivated sports culture.After nearly a decade of construction and development,the characteristic construction of campus sports in all schools of Ningbo have reach a condition of "a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend." However,due to the late launch and immature development of the distinctive features of campus sports without successful experience,there are inevitably various problems.Therefore,forming a scientific development theory of distinctive campus sports is particularly important.This study targets the development theory and method of distinctive campus sports of Ningbo secondary school,investigates the status quo of distinctive campus sports in Ningbo,analyzes the existing problems and put forward corresponding suggestions.Methods that are implemented in this study include questionnaire survey,SWOT analysis,case study and so on.this research analyzes the current situation of distinctive sports programs,characteristic teaching of sports,extracurricular activities of sports and sports culture of campus.As for the existing problems in the process of distinctive sports programs implementation and the internal and external environment,we will propose a distinctive development method for providing reference for the in-depth reform of sports in middle schools in Ningbo.The results of the study show that:(1)the selection and maintenance of sports characteristic items are not reasonable;(2)the sports infrastructure and the quality of physical education teachers are well developed,but the continuing education for teachers is neglected;(3)the extracurricular sports activities are various,but the extracurricular sports activities for graduating grade are neglected;(4)the mode of characteristic sports culture construction is single.The development paths are as follows:(1)SO: with the help of national policies,seize the opportunity of vigorous development of social sports and integrate sports resources to develop characteristic campus sports energetically.At the same time,efforts should be processed to enhance propaganda,to improve the quality of teaching staff and supervision system for health and safety.(2)ST: rise the attention of school leaders.Sports teachers should reinforce their guidance to students and encourage more students to participate in physical exercises.At the same time,strengthen inter-school exchanges and communications to promote the development of campus sports characteristics;(3)WO:utilize national policies to improve the management system,introduce high quality coaches,strengthen the construction of distinctive sports echelon,make full use of medias and build the characteristic sports culture;(4)WT: establish a sound school management system,improve the supervision mechanism,overcome the problems of lacking teachers and funds,and try to actively respond to the threats by improving ourselves.
