In recent years,problems frequently occur in early education agencies.One of the root causes is team building.BRSL is an early education brand founded by myself.After more than two years of development,the customer service is from simple to profound,the staff is from less to more,and the management is from simple to complex.It clearly reflects the common problems existing in the current early education institutions,among which the team management problems such as loose objectives,lack of passion for career and too frequent turnover of staff are quite troublesome.Based on the perspective of berbin's team role,this paper conducts an in-depth study on BRSL team building,proposes feasible plans and solves the problem of team management.This paper uses literature analysis to summarize the existing team building theories,emphasizes the necessity of team building for institutional management from the perspective of the significance of team building,and makes an integrated analysis of a series of strategies proposed by previous scholars.Finally,the theoretical model of berbin's team role was selected.Based on this model,the research methods such as questionnaire survey,interview and observation were used to test,interview and observe BRSL employees.Classified the management team,marketing team and first-line service team according to the survey data.Through investigation and research,it was found that the team role of BRSL early education center was unevenly distributed,which led to the lack of close personal relationship and institutions in the management team,the lack of positive energy communication,and the high efficiency obstacles of female leadership.In the marketing team,individual role positioning is unitary,and the coordination between positions is easy to be lacking.The main problems of the front-line service team,such as uneven members' ability,unreasonable employee turnover and lack of professional passion,arise.In view of the above team problems,relevant countermeasures were proposed based on the perspective of team role: the management team reestablished the career orientation,unified the goal,and gave full play to the characteristics of female leadership;The marketing team adjusts position position and strengthens the management of incentive mechanism;The problems of the front-line service team start from the whole early education center to optimize it into a learning organization,strengthen the application of diversified roles,and achieve the role balance.
