Early education is originated in the 1960 s Europe and the United States and other developed countries a "foreign".From the perspective of the global market,the early education market is developing rapidly with the economic revenue growing by 7% to 8%.It is one of the industries with huge development potential and promising profit prospects.Early education,is the abbreviation of early education,mainly aimed at zero to six years old children developed with targeted and guiding,to promote the healthy development of children's early intelligence for the purpose of education projects.With the increasing improvement of people's living standards,people have an increasingly strong desire for a high level of education and a high-quality life.People pay more and more attention to early education.The consumer demand of China's early education market is huge.This article broke the ready-made 4 p marketing mix theory to put forward the research framework of marketing strategy development center,in the related research results at home and abroad for reference,fully grasp the early education institutions,on the basis of the particularity of different products,and combining with the actual characteristics of the panda panda baby early education organization marketing,from product elements,customer,channel,service process elements four aspects,to construct a new theoretical model of suitable for early education organization marketing,build the theoretical model is more suitable for the characteristics of early education organization marketing,for the connection of the theory and practice.This thesis makes a systematic analysis of the internal and external marketing environment of the early education center of panda baby.On the basis of stating the current situation of the marketing strategy of the early education center of panda baby,it USES the questionnaire survey method to obtain data,analyzes the problems in the marketing strategy of the early education center of panda baby,and proposes a new marketing strategy.
