Research On The Capacity Improvement Of Social Work Agencies In The Process Of Construction Of Smart Communities

With the rapid development of intelligent technology,Chinese society has stepped into an era characterized by networking,digitalization and intelligentization.The report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China clearly points out that "improving the level of socialized,law-based,intelligent and specialized social governance",which also promoted community governance to a new era of smart community construction.As condensation of social work professionals,to provide social work service,transfer the carrier of social work values,social work agency is one of the important promoting subject of community governance,however,in fact,the development of social work organization is facing many problems,affect their ability to participate in community governance and level,also limits the development of the organization itself.Based on the intelligent community construction engineering in the age of wisdom to push against a background of Chinese and foreign scholars in recent years were reviewed for intelligent community construction and the construction of social work organization ability research,combing the intelligent community project for the advancement of social work agency ability construction,From the following aspects respectively the service concept ?mode?mechanism,project evaluation,promote transformation and upgrading of institutions and other aspects of social work agency ability construction.On this basis,the author in order to access to the F intelligence community Q Social work agencies for three months internship as an opportunity,the integrated use of literature analysis,interview method,field survey method,case study method,such as research methods,on the theory of collaborative governance theory,the organizational environment theory perspective,insight into the Q Social work agencies technology concept,service process and project evaluation,analyzes in the intelligence community Q social work organization's ability to adapt to the situation.These difficulties are manifested in the following aspects: first,insufficient policy environment support;Second,the lack of the concept of intelligent development;Third,the intelligent working mechanism has not yet been established;Fourth,the project evaluation method needs to be improved;Fifth,the development of interactive service model isinsufficient.In carding on the basis of the above problems,based on the collaborative governance theory,and the theory of organizational environment theory Angle of view,this article from the external system level coordination construction,internal governance level synergy upgrade and main body levels,both internal and external cooperation in three aspects,to provide the intelligence community construction under the background of social work organization the ability of the ascension path,in order to transformation and upgrading of social work organization in the era of intelligence and operation development to provide the reference.
